We began our journey with Diamond Bay over 6 years ago at Silver City when Monica custom designed a 50th anniversary diamond ring. We love it. Recently my sentimental self-wind Seiko watch of 17 years (which I purchased in Singapore) had two issues. After some unfortunate major water damage, George cleaned it up and got it running smoothly. I 100% recommend Diamond Bay Jewelers and here's why! From the moment you walk in the door, you feel welcomed. Tiffany often is the first person you meet, and she is knowledgeable and gracious. I walked in to DBJ with my engagement ring and jacket that it fit in. It is 52 years old. I had been told by a very "reputable jeweler" that it was hopeless. The other jeweler kept it for a week then told me the prongs were weak and the entire setting needed to be recast and I was given an estimate of $1000. (It did have some thinning on the lower shank). I finally took it in to Diamond Bay, and Tiffany looked at it carefully and said, "I will have the jeweler look at it, but there is no danger of the diamond falling out". They polished both settings and I walked out with a new ring. Two weeks later I caught my hand and ring on a hook and it bent both parts of my ring. When I went back with it to Diamond Bay, I thought it was hopeless. The jewelry repair expert suggested that it might be time to add to the lower shank so that it didn't crack now that it had been compromised. I agreed. The cost was $200. Each time I have gone into Diamond Bay, it has been a good experience. Parking is easy. I have absolute confidence that they are honest. They offer free cleaning of rings and they do a beautiful job. Be sure to go in and meet the people at Diamond Bay. Take your rings to be cleaned and if you need a repair, know that they will do an outstanding job. I have a "new" old ring. The absolute best jeweler and watch repair I have found. I have had rings resized, jewelry repaired (perfectly) and watches cleaned and repaired. They fixed my 30+ year old Accutron watch, repaired my husband's Movado that we had already spent over $200 elsewhere getting repaired and still didn't work, so that it keeps perfect time. We had my dad's Bruen 14K gold watch that is at least 80 years old cleaned and repaired, and it now works beautifully. I had Tissot, Jules Jurgensen, and Michele watches serviced - all excellent. Had a battery installed in my son's Tag Heuer, which has to be done exactly right or the warranty will be voided. George did it perfectly, and at a reasonable price. I have had broken prongs repaired and stones reset in a ring, very fine broken gold chains and gold leverback earrings repaired. They do superior work at very reasonable prices. The staff is so helpful and friendly I truly enjoy my visits. Of course, they have a beautiful selection of gorgeous jewelry, so I spend lots of time looking at their lovely items. I had the opportunity to go to this jeweler and found a very unique piece to go on my omega. The staff was so friendly and accomodating and took time to ensure we were happy. My friend got her rings cleaned for free which is such a nice service many jewelers have dropped. The owner also does custom pieces and the work looked beautiful.
