I went back to the store to change the type of carpet that I wanted. The person that was responsible for that dept was on his day off and the manager was on vacation. After 5 clerks tried to help me I was finally told that it would be best to come back on the day that the person that had first dealt with me would be back. I left and went to Better Flooring Outlet on hammer lane in Stockton. I was very pleased by the customer service . We picked the carpet and Sergio said that he would be out the next morning to take measurements. He called me two hours later with a bid that was $700. Cheaper than the big box store. They replaced all of our base boards and door trims throughout the house as well as refinishing floors throughout the entire house.
