He stood up and walked around the desk to greet us. This is old school customer service and I can not tell you how much that small gesture meant to us. He showed us what he had available and gave us a price quote. Since we were not matching exactly, we did want to talk about it and make sure we made he right decision. We had lunch and decided to go back to Better Flooring and purhcase what Sergio had shown us. When we came back (about 2 hours later), Sergio said, I found a better match online for you. So after we left he looked and found us another option without even knowing if we were going to come back. Again this is great customer service. We ordered the product. I feel based on what we were quoted at other flooring stores, Sergio's prices were very competitive. This was on a Sunday and the product arrived on Thursday, so I went to pick it up. You drive around to the back and they loaded up my car for me. Everyone that we talked with at Better Flooring was very nice and professional. They have a lot of different items available in store and many other options available to order, you just have to ask. We will be ordering more for when we have to do the second bedroom.
