I had, admittedly, left a few things out as I was organizing things while I went away to deal with some important personal matters for a couple of days. He was most unprofessional, and downright mean in telling me he should kick me out. Totally unreasonable, and self centered...he never even asked me why I had to leave. I left as soon as I could. They did not charge me, but really?! If I met him today I would punch him out for being such an ass. I do not recommend this palace although the setting is nice.

The beautiful towering Live Oaks gives it a nature feel and the trees are maintained well. Close to beaches without that sandy feel. Close to town within/ 10 minutes, of show,shopping,and excellent restaurants. I even had my groceries delivered out here from HEB( so you know it's close to town). The AT&T coverage, is 5 bars. The Wifi is over the top and not the usual spotting reception that is usually at RV parks. It is maintained with sprayers , every few weeks for bugs, the grounds are maintained by professional movers, so it kept top notched. As previous owners of a RV park, i know what to tune into, and i will proudly give Live Oak RV park a 5 start rating.

The Gulf of Mexico is less than a mile away. While the 2020 hurricane season has wreaked a bit of havoc on the nearby beaches, the RV park is nice and well-maintained. The folks who run the park are very nice and accommodating. The long-term rate cannot be beat; a great value. You can fish from the boardwalk! It's a lot of fun throw out a line, whether you catch anything. And, you can catch a lot of different types of fish here. Highly recommend!
