Absolutely terrible 1st experience at Fiesta Auto Insurance…read more 1st of all, we had an appointment for 11:45 am. My wife and I got there at 11:45 only to find that we would have to wait. One of the associates, Emily, had finished up with a customer but did not immediately call us over. 15 minutes later, she finally said "she could help us out". My wife and I came prepared, we brought all the neccessary info to make the process and quick and smooth as possible. Well folks, not only was the process NOT quick, or smooth, it was as long and rough as possible. There were a lot of long, awkward periods of silence. At one point Emily was inputting the same information for the same vehicle a 2nd time. There was absolutely no dialogue between us and her. 2nd, once we had agreed upon a plan of coverage for our vehicles, it took an hour to get the paperwork going. Again, there was no communication between Emily and us, just a lot of silence. I finally got fed up and asked "how much longer we had to go?" and she said "we were just waiting for paperwork". I advised Emily that "we needed to get going to pick up our kids from school " and she replied by saying "let me just get your signatures on the paperwork". This was almost 2 hours into the process, and we were the only people in the office. Well, apparently there was an issue with the printer that caused us to wait even longer. After the paperwork finally printed out, we were ready to sign and get the eff out. Turns out there was a couple of mistakes on the paperwork. The total amount billed to us was different than what it was showing on the paperwork. My wife's name was totally incorrect as well. By that point we were well beyond the point of caring anymore. We signed what we needed to just to obtain proof of insurance. When it was all said and done we couldn't walk out fast enough. I tried calling their corporate office to speak to somebody regarding this terrible experience but was unsuccessful. I don't know why this process took so damn long. Whether it's a systematic problem or perhaps just a relatively new employee, this needs to be addressed. After this experience there is absolutely zero chance I would ever refer anybody here.

I rented a U-Haul through them because it was close to home and it was a BAD IDEA…read more For starters when I walked in nobody was there yet they had the door open, 5-10 minutes later owner parks and comes in to help me. While assisting me a young child comes running in requiring attention which took an extra 30 minutes to check out U-Haul since owner couldn't multi task or get child under control. When I got the u-haul, I notice that the dolly I paid for was missing which was no problem I plan to just mentioning it upon return. When returning the u-haul, the lady does full inspection (everything's fine) we go inside to finalize bill & she was trying to charge me over $100 for small u-haul for 3 hours. When I asked her if she could explain billing to me turns out she had extra miles, dolly, insurance (that I opt out of when checking out but she didn't catch). Long story short I had to argue with the lady for over 30 minutes about being over charged I end up having to go through U-haul to get refund. SO DOUBLE / TRIPLE CHECK YOUR RECEIPT AND CHARGES BEFORE LEAVING. Or simply just go through U-Haul because I really feel like this lady tried to scam me because she couldn't do basic math.

I was informed they do crooked registration. I was told they are illegal salvage stuff as well. Going to give the IRS and DMV a call. Please do not go there. They have a notary sign a dmv document to state that the 60,000 BMW was salvaged and is only worth 1400.00. When nothing was wrong With the car. When filing taxes. They put dependents on the tax return from other people and those people get 1/2 of what child earned income credit is. A filing of a business was done instead of a 1040 and it caused someone's taxes to be incorrect and they owed the state after another tax prep corrected and amended them.
