I had looked at several window shops however Jimmy at Diamond glass came to be the most proficient as well as having the most reasonable priced windows and service all of all other shops I had looked too. No showed up at the appointed time, and no one answered the call during business hours.

Currently doing business with them and they are not true to their word. Ordered to replace a piece of glass and when they said it was done, the ordered/install glass was thicker than the original. They knew and acknowledge of the difference in measurement and hope it would fit the window frame but it did not fit. They could of let us know in advance of the difference in measurement but did not. We asked for a refund since they couldn't deliver on the product and said to meet them at this time to pick up the cash/refund. They were a no show and impossible to reach via Phone. The owner did pick up when called with a different number hoping its new business. Currently scheduled to meet up with him once more for the refund. read more

Family owned glass business for 40+ years. Jimmy is a nice guy, very knowledgeable about Glassworks. Delivery and appointment times is a bit frustrating, his prices are good, back of a cocktail napkin. If you choose Diamond glass make sure everything is spelled out and be flexible on delivery. Jimmy can take it or leave it, if you are too fussy. Patience and flexibility goes a long way for very good price and quality of workmanship. read more

A complete joke of a company. I have ZERO idea how these guys are still in business, especially given their poor record as seen on here. My landlord hired them to replace a very old commercial storefront door for a small business. They are impossible to get a hold of to confirm arrival time (2 no-shows and and 3 reschedules due to missing parts or "wrong fit"). They are extremely disorganized, rude, work very slowly, not responsive at all to calls (their voicemail is always full), and have zero consideration for anyone else's time constraints other than their own convenience. One of the installers even accused me of lying when I brought up that they damaged the existing security alarm sensor, rendering it inoperable. Lots of time wasted and business productivity lost due to their shitty practices and poor workmanship. Again, I have NO clue how they are still in business. read more

Got a small window fixed and repaired by Mr Chau. He personally delivered it to my front door. Mr Chau is an older man so please be patient with him. Also his English is limited so I can understand why there can be some unhappy customers due to communication barrier. read more

After talking to them, they were going to come to my job and give me an estimate for a large shower enclosure and mirrors throughout the house, after all, our job is less than 300 yards from their shop. However, they didn't show up in the first 3 days like they said they would. So I stopped by, he said he would come out that day or the next morning. After 2 days passing and still a no show, I called him up and asked him if he was going to bid the job. He said that they were very busy. Again I asked and he said to call someone else. This is the epitome of rudeness. At least explain that you can not do the job, but I waited 7 business days for him to tell me to call someone else. DON'T CALL unless you like BS. I had a window that broke and needed to be replaced, and Diamond Glass flaked on THREE appointments I had scheduled with them over a period of a week. After the 3rd missed appointment (each time I had to call them after they didn't show) I told them forget it and am going with a different company. I saw Diamond Glass' store in our neighborhood. For convenience, I called them to replace a glass window in the bathroom for my tenant. The owner answered the phone and I asked him to come to my house for fixing the window. He sounded rush (he said okay, okay) and hung up my phone. I was thinking maybe he was too busy to talk on the phone at that moment. Later the day, I went to his store, but he wasn't there. A worker said that he wasn't in, but would be back from Chinatown soon. I called him again and told him that I would wait for him at the store. He said okay. I waited for him about 20 minutes. The worker said that his boss won't be back. At the meantime, the owner called back and asked me to left my address and phone number. I did. I was tired after I went back home. I asked my husband to follow up. When my husband called him, he said he will be coming my house about one hour. I notified my tenant saying the guy will come about one or two hours (I extended another hour in case he was not on time). He didn't show up after one hour. My husband called again, he said he will come about one hour again. However, he didn't show up and no phone calls at all. It wasted our time. I apologized to my tenant and looked for someone else. Diamond Glass is not professional, not responsible and not reliable. I give them 0 star. Never ever ask them to do the work. read more

Extremely unreliable - have no sense of time or people's schedules. I called Ronny window replaced and he agreed to a time. I took time off for it and then waited and waited and waited...and waited. I called him and the first 2 calls he said he was a block away, 20 mins later said he was a few blocks away. Then he stopped answering the phone. I really don't know how he stays in business. It's completely ridiculous. He should be shut down based on his lack of time management and inability to book appointments properly.
