After scheduling an independent prepurchase inspection received the dealership's initial with an additional "Reconditioning" fee of $1987. When challenged, "the manager approved" a reduction of $500 for this "standard" fee. I let the vehicle go. Salesperson continued to ping my email with pressure that another sale might be pending, so I rereviewed the website and noted that Orlando Preowned advertises in general an on the specific vehicle "Zero Junk Fees & Zero Dealer Fees: The price you see is the price you get". While I'm no lawyer, this infers to me that the price on the vehicle landing page is the sale price I should expect. When confronted with this insight (with the GM copied), the salesperson dug their heels in again, reiterating this was a "standard" fee. The GMs response was to cut/paste the salespersons email as a reply without addition. Now I'm not a dumb consumer, and clearly certinly not as bright as the employees of this company, but " The price you see is the price you get" does mean something to the most of us, and I don't' think it aligns with Orlando Preowned's point of view. This was his first major purchase, and we were assured by the dealership that the truck was in mint condition, fully inspected, and had no issues. However, shortly after the purchase, the truck developed serious transmission problems. It ultimately required a full transmission replacement. Thankfully, we did purchase a warranty, but even that has turned into another issue. The warranty company is not covering the full cost, and the dealership has refused to step in and cover the remaining balance. Their reasoning was that the repair shop was charging too much--but that leaves us stuck paying for a major repair on a vehicle that should not have had these issues in the first place. To make matters worse, even some of the dealership employees have told us that this situation isn't right and that the cost should have been covered. However, the owner has refused to take responsibility or pay the remaining balance. The truck has now been sitting in the shop for over a month, completely undrivable. I do want to mention that Jay, our salesman, was great to work with. Unfortunately, beyond that, I cannot say anything positive about this dealership. We feel like we were sold a lemon, and the dealership is not standing behind the vehicle they sold us. I would strongly caution anyone considering buying from Orlando Preowned to think twice.

Dexter one of the managers was also very helpful very polite very professional. The other manager, whose name I also can't all at the moment was also very polite and professional. Their business is very detailed, very well thought out and has everything that they need for an individual with troubled credit. They offer in-house insurance and in-house lending. They did accommodate my disability, and did modify their return policy to accommodate my disability. For this, I'm thankful appreciative, and they did the right thing in accordance with the ADA. The downside is that their pricing is a bit high because of who their clientele is. They also have mandatory warranty coverage. This is both good and bad. It protects their investment and your product but there's no way to opt out that's driving the cost of ownership higher. The other con is that they have a mandatory GPS tracking device that invade your privacy that you cannot opt out of. This is not only violate several privacy laws. It also violates the ADA. They violated the ADA, because I requested an accommodation for them to modify the warranty coverage to a shorter period to accommodate my disability related needs, and they failed and refused to respond as the ADA requires, in writing, demonstrating how they requested accommodation fundamentally alter the nature of their service product or activity. That is what is required, and they failed, and refused to do so. Overall, I do recommend them if you were in a situation that needs this type of service and is OK with the cons.

I was slightly annoyed because after 10 minutes of waiting, one of the salesman came up and tried to buy my car and get me to do a trade in option...I'm just here for service. Typical dealer behavior but I was disappointed by it. They told me it would be 1-1.5 hours but it ended up taking just over 3 hours, which I was OK with because they offered a complimentary shuttle to a nearby shopping center but it was still frustrating that their estimate was so far off. When it came time to pay, the charged an additional hidden $40 "dealer fee". Once again frustrating, I thought that's what I pay for when I pay for the labor hourly rate? They also added another small credit card fee. Things add up and it's frustrating that they aren't up front about their costs. They also tried to tell me my 10 month old battery was bad and needed replacing for over $300. Naturally I declined because my battery is working 100% fine. They definitely were trying to take advantage of me. Overall, I hoped for a better experience and won't be back. I usually always do my own maintenance for this very reason but was short on time. I will use another private shop next time.

At that point, I needed a break from car shopping, so I thanked him for his time and told him I'd let him know when I get back to it. Flash forward a month. I get to a decent point and hop back onto the hunt. Unfortunately, Jose wasn't available the day I walked in. John was the first rep to greet me and was just as helpful, friendly and professional. It's clear that Enterprise treats you like a genuine person and there's no pressure for anything. They make sure everything is clear from the beginning and will work with you on getting car payments as low as they can for you. I walked away with a 2019 Nissan Sentra with 60,000 miles and I couldn't recommend Enterprise more.

In less than 3 years i went through 2 transmission replacement. 2 turbos booster because they didn't install the first replacement correctly. Now a month after the turbo replacement I have do repair for the valve cover and the oil fan to reseal, that repair was denied by the extended warranty. First of all, i use to get my car fixed at CarMax Orlando and realized that they don't hire competent mechanics that it why the repairs fail. Also, they don't use new part but remanufactured parts, that is also another problem. I ended up going to the dealership when my car stays about a week before maxcare send an inspector, in the meanwhile they did not give ne e loaner or a rental, so I had to cover my own transportation. 7 days later the inspector denied the dealership claim. Now I have to pay over $1000 out of pocket . Do yourself a favor stay away from CarMax and Max care their extended warranty.
