Dave had to run the snake out almost 40 feet but he cleared the clogged. Very thorough and had us run the washer and other items connected to that line to make sure we were good. All of that would be less than 3 hrs, or not much longer than they already spent but they wanted another $1000. I declined to spend another $1000 and received a bill for $275 instead of $175 and was told by Energy Solutions that "He spent quite a bit of time." Quoted $175, received no additional diagnosis or repair, and had to pay $275 for nothing of value. No, I don't recommend this company.
