Dave had to run the snake out almost 40 feet but he cleared the clogged. Very thorough and had us run the washer and other items connected to that line to make sure we were good. The contractor found it. However they did fix a couple of connections on the water heater and one other hose and charged us for 12 hours of labor $2400. Our HONEST contractor told us we were majorly ripped off and that should not have taken more than two hours. They take advantage of women and people who do not live there permanently. Beware!
