Had a clogged sink pipe in the kitchen that I made worse trying to unclog it myself. The office staff was very helpful and had Dave out to lake Almanor in a couple of hours. Dave had to run the snake out almost 40 feet but he cleared the clogged. Very thorough and had us run the washer and other items connected to that line to make sure we were good. Very reasonably priced and Dave was very professional. Definitely will call them next time we have a plumbing issue. read more

Called for a COLD water drip they came out tried to "fix" the problem only creating a lot more , cant get water unless directly in the middle turn a touch to much and it goes off. They ordered new cartridges , came back to "fix" the problem with the new cartridges that simply dont work and now we have to use a wrench to turn on and off the water and he wants to charge us $500 to fix their mess up..... and to think it all started with a small cold water drip ! read more

Got an estimate over the phone and it was truly outrageous - highway robbery. they take advantage of the fact that they are the only game in town, So I decided to call JM Plumbing out of Susanville. Jacob just happened to be doing another job in the area, and he said he could go over and look at it when he got done. He got the problem fixed quickly, reasonably and honestly.
