I entered my request in an online site, and the phone immediately rang - it was Brian. I have an unusual water heater, but he spend the next couple of hours searching for a match, and kept in contact about his progress. I was already impressed with this level of service. He located one, offered me a couple of welcomed options, and we scheduled the install for the following Tuesday. On Sunday his technician stopped by just to review the location, then the two installers arrived on time Tuesday morning. Very professional, very personable, and they carefully described the install and answered all my questions. I complimented Brian later about his staff, that Thomas and Eric were outstanding representatives of his company, and are welcome to my house any time I need service. If there were more stars I'd give them, very definitely earned. My new "go to" plumbers.
