The jeweler told me that they used a saudering technique that is actually really sloppy and that one of my tiny side diamonds was missing and filled with sauder because they probably couldn't get it to be set back in. When he pointed that out I was furious because they never gave me back my diamond. He also pointed out how all of the little ones where loose and that my center stone wasn't tightened down properly either. Please if you want someone to absolutely destroy your jewelry take it here. Horrible business practices!

Several days after I had them reconstruct a ring, the diamond almost fell out. The Jeweler did not even use prongs to secure my Diamond and there were holes in the back of my solid gold diamond band that should not have been there. It was a horribly ugly job. Would never recommend them for my personal jewelry. If you like this company, buy what they sell, but don't take your own jewelry there.
