The Diamond Showcase is the place to go for any jewelry shopping. The personalized service I experienced was incredible. I was shopping for the custom made wedding band to fit with my engagement ring. Jordan helped me find the style of ring guard I liked and had it custom made with in short time period. In a nut shell....purchased engagement ring/set, get married 5 years later, have them attach wedding band...wore it 2 days and a diamond falls out of the band. Take it back, they explain they will replace the stone at no charge but the ring needs maintenance. $81 dollars later and 2 days I get the set back...and 2 days later another diamond falls out. Not on the band, but out of the engagement ring...but wait...they just maintenance the ring. I am not rough on my jewelry...I do light house work and for employment I work at corporate office. read more

This is an amazing establishment. The employees were exceptionally helpful. I found a great new wedding band for my husband that was an unbeatable deal. Staff member was able to have it resized and ready for my anniversary in a fraction of the time other jeweler stores would have quoted.
