The good: They have…read morea huge inventory online. They have no haggle pricing available for you to see what you'll pay minus tax, title, and license. They do speak Spanish. The bad: Not really customer service oriented. They didn't acknowledge any customer that walked in with a greeting of any sort. You have to go up and asked to be serviced essentially. The ugly: These folks are dreadfully slow! I showed up with a check in hand around 11am. I left, with the vehicle at 4:30pm. Keep in mind that 2 days prior, I went online and selected the vehicle. I had a quote emailed to me. I called the next day to ensure that vehicle was physically at that specific location. I showed up with a check in hand. It took them hours to process me. They had maybe 2 other customers every hour. These people are nice but slow. They are well meaning people but slow. Check your carfax because they are providing you with as is type vehicles. All in all, I would probably use them again. I just would start the paperwork before I physically show up.

The process was really simple and easy. We applied for the vehicle online, sent paystubs, bank statement, and ID, and that was all they needed. I was kinda shocked when I decided that I would bypass my normal dealerships and purchase another vehicle from them but was denied because I wouldn't allow one of their 3rd party vendors access to my bank account. They claimed that it was their only way to verify my employment and income. I guess my paychecks didn't suffice. The kicker was when one of their employees responded that they had an outside lender that wanted $7,000 down, which is half the price of the truck. I'll never do business with this dealership again and wouldn't suggest that anyone else does either. I damn sure wouldn't allow anyone to have access to my bank account, especially a dealership with a stellar 1.1 review rating out of 162 reviews!

I found a h2 hummer on ebay from this guys when I contacted them they told me to avoid Ebay and to…read morebetter deal with them directly to avoid some extra charges, on their Site they side that they will take any good offer, so I just wanted 500 dlls off ore what they original where asking for, They told me that It was fine and to pay the 500 deposit, they will offer me a warranty with the price also, I asked about 5 times for the warranty information but every time they told em that it was fine and everything was going smooth When the loan company paid them 20,000 and alter they told me that they were going to refund me my deposit because the deal was going to be for 20k even. Later when I received the hummer I wait over a month a still no warranty paper work later on I received a call and they told me that the warranty did not applied to my car because it was 4 x4 that it was going to cost like 1200 dlls more, but because of the deposit I only needed tp pay 700 dlls. When I told the didn't wanted the warranty that only wanted the deposit back they told me that the deposit was not refundable, that they could offer me 500 credit with them if I wanted to buy another car with them, so in order to get my money back I needed to spend several thousand dollar more a another car. Another thing is that they use Photoshop on their photos, There were some parts missing on the seats of the hummer, that were not on the images, then also some scratches on the paint that were very noticeable but were OK on the images. I even notice that they flip some photos to show the right side and the left side because on the left part there were some parts missing. The answer pretty quick, and are great until you pay them, is when they stop answering they took days to answer you, and they just told you that it was a misunderstanding, we sale the car as is, the warranty does not apply and we are not giving you your deposit back even tough they told you and send you emails So Obviously the guy a great Scam artist, the Photoshop the images so they don't show the bad parts of the car, the trying to convince you to get the deal and pay for something that later on your are not gonna get. Please avoid these guys there are better options , I only chose them because of the warranty, that at the end it was not applicable to my car.

I drove over 1.5 hours from Sugar Land and was late to my appointment but they accommodated me immediately. It was all worth it. When they found out I was going to wait for it, they said they would get me out as soon as possible. A little over an hour later, they handed me the keys to my truck complete with new fancy, lifetime warranty bedliner for almost half the dealership price. They took their time prepping the car to make sure all the hardware was off and all the edges are very clean. Can't wait to start hauling all kinds of junk in my new truck.
