I've been coming here for the last 3 years! The only place I will get a pedicure in Santa Maria. Linda does a thorough job and actually removes the cuticle. They worked to find what services would work best to meet our needs instead of just trying to upsell us. I went here based off yep reviews but I won't be returning. Linda is nice and has a good personality but my nails are so bad that I don't even want to go back there to try get her to fix them. They literally started cracking that night and this is only 2 days after I got them done. Plus she charged me more because she did two coats of gel even though everywhere does two coats without extra charges. And she kept trying to push me to get my eye brows done. Hands down the WORST gel manicure I've ever gotten. I first asked her to add a gold detail across all nails and she agreed she could do it. The woman messed it up so bad that I made her start over because it was crooked and messy. I asked her to forget the gold detail and just do a basic solid color gel manicure because at this point I had already been there for 1 hour while she attempted to do a simple task. Well as you can see by the pictures I included, she couldn't even do a regular gel manicure either because my nails ended up lumpy and super thick from how many layers of polish she kept applying to fix her mistakes. Then at the end she gave me a 30 second hand massage and directed me to go pay. I went to another salon to have the mess she made removed. Don't waste your time or money here. read more

Linda the only lady working the whole store was very friendly but my nails were not done correctly. First off the fill that I went in for wasn't even staying on so I had to ask her to go back in and fill it again. Second I asked for an ombré look, as that is how my nails were done before, but it did not end up looking ombré at all. When I noticed too much white on certain nails I asked her to fix it and she instead told me it would show up when the clear coat is on, nope. In the end I just decided to not as her to try and fix it in fear that they would look worse so I went and fixed them myself afterwards. I just moved back to town and YELP suggested that I try Diamond Nail Spa, due to their great reviews. I called at 10am to request an appointment for my mother and myself...I was told they were super busy at the moment and to come in at noon for an appointment. When we arrived there was only one person working... and our appointment was for 2 people. We were there for over 2 hours (the majority of the time we were waiting to get our service completed), my mom had to wait about 30 minutes just to get polish on her fingernails because only one person could do the polish.... what?! I am extremely disappointed in my nails. I was cut with the drill a few too many times, the polish is uneven and lumpy, and the nails are filed way too thin! It definitely doesn't look like I just spent 2 hours at a nail salon. BEWARE! Yelp totally let me down read more

Came in with my daughter to get a simple pedicure. After asking the lady not to cut my nails, she did so anyway claiming she was cutting the cuticle-she cut my nails so short and deep down the sides-I was cut twice, making me bleed on two of my right toes. 7 other toes were visibly red and swollen after I asked her to wrap it up so I could leave, being I was in pain and very uncomfortable. Before this began, a lady and her husband had come in to complain about several Ingrown toenails that she had gotten at the salon, and when she can in to get them fixed, she left with them in worse condition. After reading several other reviews on multiple platforms, I see I'm not the only one with similar experiences at this salon-sincerely hoping the owners will take these reviews to heart so they don't injure any more customers. read more

The WORST nail salon I've ever been to. I wanted a gel manicure and the lady rushed through the whole process. Her rushing made me feel anxious instead of relaxed. She was also talking smack about the neighboring nail salons to myself and another guest, making it super awkward and uncomfortable. Anyway, the quality of their gel nail polish and their manicure was the worst. The gels started peeling off the next day because she put too much nail polish on my nails. Such a waste of money. I choose my color and told her that i did not have alot of time..she then asked me to help her please.. so i basically took my own nailpolish off...10 min later she said can you pay before..i said sure $8 right? I've never had to take my own nailpolish off...she said no then you pay for my gas..and i said ok you pay for my gas to i came from lompoc..so, she charged me $10 and she painted my nails she did gel on OPI polish...so my nails look all wrinkly plus she did not even paint my whole nail on some..just a bad vibe and not very friendly..after she checked my nails to see if they were dried she said "you come back and i give you a discount on a design" i don't plan on coming back..thank u! read more
