The French tip is not even straight, and there is hair in the nail polish. I asked for a flower and the flower just looks like dots they aren't even connected. They also had to call me back due to the fact that they forgot to charge me for my pedicure. I went back to pay for it and ask told them the French didn't look the best and they asked me to go back later but I don't have time later. Came by this place after walking out of Lotus after the lady that was going to work on me gave me tons of attitude. I didn't have an appointment but since I came close after opening time, they were able to squeeze me in for a pedi quickly. Their regular polish selection is mostly off brand and old looking with some separating. If you already have a favorite polish, I suggest bringing it with you. Tom did my pedi. I felt that he was gentle and polite (no attitude from him like at the last place). My nails came out neat and that's all I can ask. Their regular pedi ran me 30$ + tip. read more

I went in and they sat me in a chair, put my feet in water and proceeded to flat out ignore me for 25 min while they continued to take more people in and service them. So I visited here a few days ago during lunch to get an idea of what this place was as like after a co-worker told me where she got her nails done and saw they took walk ins. I've been wanting to get my nails done for a while since my nails are typically flaky and acrylics tend to make them a bit stronger long term. I've only had my nails professionally done once before at a different place and already I know that this place is gonna be my go- to when I want my nails done. First, the price. It only cost 45$ for this beautiful set. (Last place I went they charged over 80$ for a few gems and no art work) Second the tech I got was so freakin talented. I think he's the only male tech they had. I showed him a picture from my phone and he had it memorized in a few seconds and was able to replicate it so well. I asked him to remove the studs and I didn't have the decal so he hand painted a flower instead! Third, this was such a gentle and speedy process. ( last place I went it took almost 2 hours and my hands were sore after) When I got the estimate for times etc they said about 45 min. I got there around 3:20 today in a walk in and my tech told me their pricing based on the designs I had in mind. I even took about 5-10 min after being told the price to decide my design. He took me back right away and I left at 4:02 after paying and everything! I'm amazed by how quick my nails were done and they came out gorgeous! The first time I had an appointment at 5 and I wasn't seen till 6 I sat and waited for an hour !! The nails came Out okay. I thought I got them on an off day. I was WRONG !! Update, I just touched my pinky toe to check on the edges and the paint came right off, same with the next toe I was just going around the edge and it peeled off like nothing, final price was $250 with a "$20 off discount", for 1 set of acrylics with detail on both ring fingers (price unknown), 1 set of gel acrylics($50), and two pedicures ($50x2) it seems a bit much just because it was a very basic task turned expensive very fast. I had an appt at 5:30 for a pedicure and checked in a few minutes early. Staff was friendly and I was seated almost right away. They had a lot of walk ins and accepted all of them but I felt like that rushed my pedicure and at one point the girl nicked my toe it was bleeding a little but seemed fine by the time I left. Later that night my toe was throbbing and by the next day I could tell it was infected. I went to urgent care and got antibiotics because puss started to come out. I don't know if it was infected for sanitary reasons or I got cut accidentally but I know for sure they were rushing to get to all the customers that walked in late in the day. It's unfortunate and I wouldn't recommend this place. read more

Was my first time here. I got black dipped nails and the male did such a terrible job they switched me over to a woman that was polite. She "fixed" my nail the best she could. Said to come back if there were problems. Both of my thumbs were peeling within 5 days. I went back to get them fixed let them know I was on a time crunch because I left work. (Busy Mom) and this new tech messed up the black dip again. Sent over the same woman to attempt to "fix it". Wasn't fixable. They offered me to come back at third time. At this point I'm at a loss for words, I agree. I go into the car my nail is piled up with dip. Uneven and my skin is cut from them filing so tough. I called after I collected my thoughts and expressed how much of a hassle this is for me. And I was told it's not their fault, blamed it on how I placed my hands in the UV light bed... I asked for a refund. They declined. Everyone's time is so valuable. But this just wasn't okay. They felt better in leaving an unhappy customer then in my opinions taking accountability and making things right. read more
