We were working against a clock to get this done (it was not busy). It was painful. Cutting the nails down too far. Ripping at my cuticles with the little scissors. My feet were barely in the water. The "massage?" More like someone rubbing lotion on my legs. Hot towel? Yes, left there until it was cold. Good job on the polish though. The manicure. Apparently I don't know how she expects me to move my hand because she kept scolding me as she turned it the way she wanted it. Sorry. She got annoyed with me because the polish wasn't curing under the light. My bad. Pretty sure that's not my fault. She didn't remove the one layer leaving it tacky (I did it myself). Good job shaping my nails and for getting the design right. I'm not from the area and just popped in while I was in the area. There were other people doing nails in there but I don't think I'd go back. The gal doing my nails didn't even say hello. Asked me what color and what design. I don't wanna chit chat but a simple hello would've been nice. The reception folks were nice and the man was so happy with how my nails turned out (me too) but the process to get there just wasn't enjoyable.

I've o my done gel on my feet twice in my life. Years ago. I don't need gel color on my feet, so I don't get it. Anyway, I said to her that I needed regular color. She said "ok. It's extra $5 for remove gel" (that she said was on my feet from the color she had removed from my previous pedi. Again, I don't do gel on my feet). I had glitter nail color on my feet. Not gel. By this time I was already not satisfied with how she rushed thru my pedi while she was on the phone most of the time, so I didn't feel like arguing the point over $5. Last time I was there a different young lady rushed thru my pedi and she was looking physically ill. I just get this "let's hurry up and do you haphazardly and get your money and get you outta here" vibe at this place. 100% would not recommend. 100% not going back.
