my first time there I enjoyed the water they provided clean environment very disappointed on quality of work the length of the massage that was the friendliness of the technician from a 1 to 5 he was a on1 I paid $45 for a scrub massage hot rock treatment. The pedicure was over in a half hour including the gel and the drying time with three minute massage no rock treatment. It was just a soak and a little bit of an oil massage no like the menu book described I would not recommend my family or friends to patronize this establishment or to pay the high prices for something that should've been a $35 pedicure if that not to mention the $10 tip unhappy client read more

this place is the the worst. the lady was definitely on the rush on my pedicure. at first we argued about the old nail polish was not totally removed. she decided on her own it was because i dropped something hard on my nails. i scratched the nail polish on my own finger and it was removed. after the pedicure was done i checked my nails and it looked like a mess (see attached pic) i would never ever come back to this place considering how bad customer service is. i ended up going to a different nail salon to fix my nails. read more

Was treated to a mani/pedi for a b day treat. Shop in shambles clippings (Nails) everywhere. Broken massage chairs ( no massage) then once I put feet in the boiling water it felt like I was in Pit Row. He was on my feet she was on my nails. isn't this supposed to be relaxing? what's the fricken hurry. She nipped me 3 times, He dug so deep in my toe I was bleeding talkin about an ingrown toenail toe was sore for 3 days and one of my fingers got infected. read more

The wait wasn't to bad, my nail tech is Tien. He takes his time and conversation be amazing. I was visiting from out of town and didn't have time before I left town to see my usual nail lady. I had been here before while in town for an event and the lady that did my nails then was great! She did a beautiful job and they lasted a long time. When I came in this time she no longer worked there. A guy did my nails and a pedicure. The pedicure lasted awhile and was really nice but my nails didn't. I had him do a light layer of acrylic with gel over the top and they only lasted maybe a week. Usually when I get them done like that they last 2.5-3 weeks. He was also very rough. He hit my skin with the sander many times. Which was really painful. read more

The lady started digging the side of my toe to the point where it started bleeding like crazy. I told her to stop once i started experiencing pain and seeing blood. She let me know that i had an ingrown toe nail. I definitely did NOT have an ingrown toenail she just assumed. Thank god it didn't get infected but i noticed after it healed that she had cut my actual skin and thats why it was bleeding. I now have a hole in my skin on my toe that is healed but looks ugly and bad. Never going back. On top of that only wanted to give $5 off like what you just started playing doctor and caused me a bloody toe with pain?! Crazy. Dont recommend! read more

Went in for a pedicure and gel nails. Been Here in the past with no issues. Ask for holiday red glitter on toes, which was the 1st color put on, than was added a different color on top of the red which changed to burgundy. I usually Iike burgundy but not what I wanted. Than nails was whole other story, had gel put on. I showed pic, only changes I wanted was green/red glitter ombre instead of Gold that was in pictures. End results were horrible, not enough close. Splotchly green glitter not even even. In addition, I'm use to gel nails getting cured in the Uv light several times, only went once and than I was done. My neighbor recommended Diamond Nails. The place was clean and organized. I made an appointment and was seated for my pedicure within 5 minutes. I am a big fan of warm water, but the water was way too hot. The manicurist adjusted it, but it barely cooled off before the faucet shut off. I ordered the deluxe manicure. To be specific, my manicurist was not focused. She didn't cut my nails as requested, she filed them Half heartedly and paid minimum attention to my cuticles and feet. The leg massage was hurried, too rough and the paraffin was too hot. The polish came out fine, but in reviewing my feet once I got home, more attention on cuticles and calluses were needed. Ok so i usually get my feet done and a simple gel manicure. This time I decided to get my nails done. By the way I do love my pedicure. My nails not so much. When I walked in I told them...i can get my feet done and come back for my nails bc I had an appointment but they said they could do everything at once. Since i was going out of town I agreed but this is the results. I went in today show that the nail was already lifting and crooked and uneven and the she said she didn't see it. I'm posting pictures to make this clear and it's barely 4 dayshis is an inconvenience for me so I also informed them I can come as soon I get off of work. I'll be back Wednesday to get this fixed. I'll post an update and hope they can make this right. Update: I had to come in on Saturday since my work schedule wouldn't allow me to come earlier. And I was blamed for coming back late even though told the lady I did work to far to come in by 6. she proceed to argue with me to the point I had to just ask for silence. This was my first and last time I will be coming here. I was so disappointed with my manicure. I came in with no polish on my nails and asked for a gel manicure. I got a simple pink gel that didn't take very long. My cuticles were trimmed on both hands but the aftermath let me cuticles looking very beat up. The edges are not smooth. I was charged $10 over what is advertised on the website (didn't realize until later). I got my manicure done 5 days before I was going on a trip and they chipped the day before. Two nails came halfway off after I showered so they were gonners. It was too late to get my nails fixed before traveling so I did my best to file/buff them out to look smooth. Found this shop on Yelp. Came here for the first time a couple of weeks ago as it was the only shop in my area open on a Sunday which counts for a plus especially since it was last minute. A pedicure was long overdue. I was greeted right away and just had a small wait until staff was ready to provide service for me. Shop seems fairly clean and they put a plastic liner over each tub before filling it up with water. I also noticed all the tools were freshly opened from a new package which was nice. Prices seemed fair as well. I chose the Deluxe. The 3 stars was because I was not 100% pleased with the pedicure. The lady was really sweet but I felt it was a little rushed as that night my feet didn't really feel as though I had a pedicure done... they weren't really as soft as I would've expected them to be so I was bummed lol. Overall it definitely wasn't the worst experience and I'd honestly give this shop another try... because I was happy with the cleanliness and they seemed friendly. I'd probably make an appointment or go on a day where they have more staffing. How the pedicure felt a little rushed could have easily just been because it did start getting busy and there were only 4-5 people working. Shop seemed sanitary enough initially, with the normal plastic lined tubs and newly opened tools for my pedi. However I did notice the lady switch clients without changing gloves so look out for that. I tried to pick a sparkly polish to match the Mani I got in L.A. last week. When I showed my finger nails I asked if he could make the tips of my toenails more glittery toward the front and less so closer to the cuticle. He offered to upcharge me for an Hombre and when I asked how much the nail techs conversed in their native language for a moment before informing me it was not possible. Okay no worries. Let's be glittery. But I asked him to stop short of the second coat of O.P.I. (to hopefully decrease the glitter a tad) and he informed me the paint would only last a day or so with a single layer and top coat. Do not opt for the deluxe as they will burn you with the stone for 70 seconds for a $5 upcharge!! The end result me walking out with Cinderella sparkly toenails. Initially I wrote a review stating that I would be back and that their service satisfactory. The following week I had recommended to my father and I have a daughter and Daddy day. He works so hard providing quality recovery support to victims of drug addiction. I thought it would be a treat and a pleasure to take him out for a nice relaxing pedicure while I get a manicure to match my pedicure I got a week before. This time around the staff seemed less interested in the services they were supposed to provide. The young lady acted like she didn't even want to work on my father's feet. She stalled for so long. She didn't follow my father's request to remove dead skin in between my father's toes. Ignored buffing my father's nails. On top of this my manicure didn't even last 2days before it started chipping. I was so disappointed in the service that I decided to give my father a pedicure myself. I'm so disappointed I spent $55 on this woman's attitude in her own profession. If you are uncomfortable with cleaning peoples feet and using nail polish that doesn't chip 2 seconds after leaving your Establishment the perhaps find better polish and a new job. read more

I didn't make an appointment but next time I will definitely make an appointment with Holly. She took me, and I saw a set of nails that were displayed on her table and it was the ombré. I wanted to try it but with longer length. Holly was very professional and made sure your nails were looking right, as in she made sure she took her time and made sure every nail was the same length and shape. My nails are long, not bulky and all the same shape. I love them so much!! Definitely going back! Also to take note, they do charge a fee if you pay with a card. I went in to get a manicure and pedicure for a trip I'm going on. I was a walk in. They seated me right away and two gentlemen started working on my hands and feet. I got the full spa treatment plus color and gel on both feet and hands as well as a design. They guy working on my feet did the best feet and leg message with sugar scrub and hot rocks. He took his time and my legs and feet were so smooth after. It was so relaxing. The man that did my nails was so kind and happened to have gone on the same trip I was taking years prior. Place was clean. Music was nice. I love how my nails turned out. I have read so many bad reviews. I was surprised. When I chose this salon I think I thought I was choosing another one in town that had great reviews. The salon was packed and very busy when I arrived. Although it was a bit of a wait, I wasn't ignored or forgotten about by the staff. Since it was busy, they were in a bit of a hurry. They lady doing my toes did a decent job putting the white tips on most of my toes, but some of the white tips on my toes are kinda messy and/or not completely painted on. In contrast, the gentleman who did my manicure (who was super friendly by the way) did an excellent job. Overall, the staff were nice and friendly. The service I received was OK, since everything sorta balanced itself out. However, I highly suggest going earlier or making an appointment earlier in the day. read more

It's been 3 years at this place, for both my feet & hands. I've tried other salons but I always find myself coming back here! The staff is great, the place is clean and I've never had an issue with my services. I know others have specific technicians they request, but I enjoy everyone that works here & have never been unsatisfied with any of them. I'm a dedicated customer to this place when it comes to pedicures, mainly due to the fact I trust them with my toes. Since I like being extra, I get the deluxe pedi, others I treat myself the luxury choice lol All the masks, scrubs and increased massage times make me feel like a princess! Whenever I get a manicure, it's always gel. I use my hands too much at work so I need nails that will last me! I've seen other pics where the gel is off or bubbly, however, again I have never left the salon with sloppy work. The cons: they charge $2 extra when paying with a card. The parking lot in front is tight, congested & full if you go at the wrong time of day. I've also noticed them trying to take on more customers than they can handle, especially at busier times. I spoke to the owner at the end and she gave me a $10 discount The women treat did my fingers try to blame me for causing cuts on my hand when I was paying. So I said, I didn't do this, you did it. I have tried this place numerous times in the past and have only liked my nails a few times. I recently started going back to them and I can say I am very disappointed in how my nails turned out and had a bad experience all together. Went to get my nails done after having a rough work day thinking it was going to relax me but it didn't. The nail tech that did my gel manicure kept hurting my nails while filing off the previous gel. She went down too far on my cuticles and couldn't find the right color I wanted. After picking the 3rd color and settling, , turns out that the nail color didn't match my toes but I decided to go with it because I was tired. I forgot to mention that as she was cutting and shaping my nails, she broke one of them in the middle. Instead of her putting glue on it, she just filed and then it broke a few days later. A few of my nails are bumpy and another nail just broke. I have never had my gel nails break in this manner. This was my last and final time going to this place. read more
