I've been coming to Office Nails Care for a while, and I recently had the opportunity to experience the new management and I have to say, I was so impressed! Kim, the new owner, did my nails and Tony did my pedicure, and they were both absolutely wonderful. From the moment I walked in, everyone was so welcoming and made me feel genuinely appreciated. I even got to meet Kim's husband, Joe, who was playing GREAT music and helping create such a fun, relaxing atmosphere. And let's talk about the spa experience the chairs are heated massage chairs with different settings, which made the pedicure even more relaxing! I was also offered a mimosa, which was such a nice touch. What stood out to me the most was that I never felt like they were just trying to take my money. They were personable, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely appreciative of my business. That kind of customer service makes such a difference! Soooooo....my mom likes this place, the reason behind it? I will NEVER know. I needed a full set, pink and white, white glitter tips to be exact. The young guy who did my nails seemed at though he wanted to be somewhere else. He was rough, pulling on my hand when he needed me to come closer. He was super rough wiping the dust off my hands, hmmm, maybe he was having a bad day? Fast forward, he did a terrible job. My nails looked big and bulky, my cuticles had not been cut, and the shape of my nails was uneven. To say I was upset would have been an understatement. Before my pedicure, I informed one of the technicians that I was not happy with my nails. Her response, "oh, you want them smoother?". Are you kidding me??! I want my nails to look clean, neat, and like a child didn't do them! The owner ended up redoing my nails and he did them correctly!!! They were evenly shaped and smooth. I've gone here a handful of times simply because I can walk there from my house, I got my nails done on Friday and it's now Sunday and I have a broken nail that looks absolutely horrible. Their sign says that they are open on Sundays so I drove over and despite what the sign says they're not open. The quality of work is fine, and they are nice, but they get busy really easily because there's only two people that work there. read more

Zero stars! I came here with one of my bridesmaids to get a mani and pedi. It took FOREVER for them to finish with us. Our technicians kept stopping to help random people walking in. My technician kept stopping to check his facebook. Then i got my eyebrows waxed and the lady did a horrific job! My eyebrows were so uneven I couldve cried. Here it is a year later and they still are uneven because they cant grow in properly thanks to her. read more

Today Oct 08, @4:40pm I went into this salon to get a gel manicure. First of all when you soak a clients hand to soften the cuticle, there should have been cuticle remover applied to each fingertip. Also there should be some sort of product like soap put in the soak NOT JUST LUKE WATER. Anyways fast forward, the gentlemen servicing me, cut me twice NOT ONCE TWICE, and acted as if he was upset at me for me for the cut. That is called blood spill, when that happens you stop the service, apologize, stop and clean the bleeding and GET NEW IMPLEMENTS. He did not apologize! He stopped the bleeding and continued to use the soiled implement which were the nippers. After that he had pretty much and attitude. I will not be returning for any service. An apology would have made me feel different. But I guess my expectations were a little too high. State Board needs to pay a visit. read more

They give amazing pedicures but I recently went in just to get manicure and I was very disappointed. I only wanted clear polish but it wasn't the typical manicure service. She sloppily filed my nails and painted them one coat clear. Not even glossy clear.and when I asked about the hand massage she just looked at me, squeezed some lotion on my hands and rubbed them for 15 seconds. I have been going here for the past couple of years and I love this place. I have tried a couple of other nail places in Fairfield, but this is my fave. I literally have never had any problems here and I don't have any complaints. They take their time and they do it right. Not sure what happened with the people who had bad experiences. They have always been sanitary with me. They keep doing little upgrades here and there, new tables, new computer and tvs, which hopefully means that business is good, I would hate to lose this place. read more

I wish I could leave a review with no stars...let me explain why. I purchased gift certificates to this establishment for my baseball mom's gift after the season. They went to this establishment today and we're treated very rudely throughout the experience. All the techs were constantly on their phones and the nails reflect the lack of professionalism. I could have paid my niece 10 dollars to paint better than anyone of these "nail technicians". I highly recommend looking elsewhere for your nail care needs....will never go back and will always steer people away from here. read more

Ask for Danny if you are doing any type of gel or acrylic nails. He is the best! I come here every few weeks for my mani/pedi and it's a cute little spot. They could definitely afford to update it with different paint and placement of polishes and workstations. Overall, I've been pretty satisfied. Tried this place out today (Labor Day) as my usual places were closed... I won't be going back. The girl doing my pedicure didn't say a single word to me... which was okay because I was too distracted by the cockroach running around on the floor to hold a conversation anyway. I was in the chair 2nd from the door... I watched the big bug crawl up the chair to my right and disappear... 2 minutes before someone else came in and they sat her at that chair. So I was pretty grossed out already. And then the girl doing my pedicure dropped one of the tools she was using on my toes on the ground. She picked it up, swirled it around in the water my foot was soaking it, and then went right back to using it on my other foot. This is probably one of the most unsanitary nail places I've ever been to. She really dug into the sides of my toes... at this point, I'm just hoping I don't get some kind of weird infection from this place! read more
