I went to get my nails done and they stopped my nails halfway to do TWO girls pedis... after 35 mins I had to speak up and ask if they will finish my nails. I haven't done my nails in 3 years and tried to do it for Mother's Day and I regret it. Plus one my nails is sideways and I wrote down and told him I wanted a REG full set and they charged me $50 but discounted me for $40 when a full set is $35. read more

Horrible experience! They mandatory charge me for 10 bucks tips ! They told me it was 80 when I charge my bills I found out they charge me for 90$! Don't come here ! Had my full set nails and pedi done here, the water, towel and stone was super hot, the lady who done my nails cut my toes for many times ! Customer beware!!! I use to come and get my nails done but they were always breaking but did an amazing pedicure message so I came back for that. Never again I have taken a few days before I made this review. On Sunday Aug 21 I brought my daughter as a treat before starting Jr High for a mani/pedi and a pedi for myself. She picked a color and we were seated. This newer guy started with me which was fine. My daughter has a partially amputed toe, for almost 9 years. I caught the ugly face he made when he saw it. She didn't so I let it go. He made a big deal that he couldn't paint it. I explained it doesn't need to be the best but he does need to paint the little piece of nail. He moved on. He came back and finished my pedicure (he massage was to basically jerk off my feet). Got another person to tell me they can't paint that nail and her toe is infected. This got the attention of the everybody in the shop. My daughter looking embarrassed and on the verge of tears. I hope no one ever get the service she did here that day. read more

I wanted to like this place so much. They are all so nice and just sweet as can be. We left 2 hours ago and my toes are ON FIRE!! I didn't even get to put my feet in the water before the gentle started working on them. It hurt sooooo bad. I've never been in so much pain from a pedicure. I wanted the deluxe when I started but I ended just taking the standard so it would stop. My daughters toes are already peeling. The polish is all bubbly. They didn't put in a top coat. My nails going in we're all messed up, I know that. All different lengths from breakage. Sat down with the same gentleman for my hands. Again, no water to soak my cuticles, almost didn't even cut them back. A sweet girl took over and cut them back. She was so nice. Nails are all still different lengths. She made them a little better but still off. My daughters hands are great. The mom (I believe) did them. She was absolutely the sweetest. read more

This is the worst set of nails ever done. If you look at all their photos on yelp, a majority are from the same customer so it's not an accurate representation of their work. This photo is after he shaped my nails, they're supposed to be almond. Half my nails are crooked, the acrylic is touching my skin so I will probably get chemical burns. Cut my finger under my nail with his tools and had to clean it with first aid equipment. Not to mention, all I wanted was an acrylic fill. But it took and hour and 30 minutes before they even put gel polish on. They spent 15 minutes removing my existing polish 30 mins just applying the acrylic, and 45 mins "attempting" to shape my nail. Started working on my nails at 1:50 and left the building at 3:35... not even exaggerating. And in that time frame, not a single other customer walked through the doors. We literally listened to Billie Eillish's album Hit Me Hard and Soft all the way through THREE TIMES while sitting in the chair and was two tracks into our 4th run through t. I just wanted to ask him to remove my acrylics and pay for a removal instead. I can't speak for their another services, but I will never return and encourage anyone who needs their nails done and has never been, support another place of business. read more

They do a really great job, but both times I have been in there for a "classic pedicure" for $29 and I end up with $44 bill! The first time I said I just want the cheapest one several times and thought it was good. But somehow she charged me for $15 more for using gel. Today I went in there for another one, deliberately telling them I only want the classic pedicure I said NO to gel 3 x and somehow she did it again! same gal! I paid the $44 and left and will NOT go back, I will tell everyone I know of there sneaky ways of getting way more money out of you. I have been going to Michelle's Nails for over 18 years. I called to make an appointment with Michelle and was told she was on vacation. I went in anyway only to find that the name and people had changed, but same everything else (nail stations, pedi chairs etc...). When I asked about pricing, because nothing was posted, the looked confused and spoke amongst themselves to come up with a price... when I questioned their price, they again spoke amongst themselves and dropped it. The finished product was a nightmare and they are lifting off not even a week later. All my nails are different lengths and the tips are uneven. They look awful!! Oh and the best part... they charge $7 additional if you want them painted!! Go anywhere else... but here. It was a waist of time and money!! read more

I have now been to diamond nails several times. I have been so pleased with the service, professionalism, and talents of the staff. They not only did a beautiful job of my manicure and pedicure, but they also fixed my ingrown nail, with no pain. The staff is very creative in designing, even if you don't know exactly what you want. Their original designs are amazing. The salon is very reasonably priced. They have all new stations and chairs. It is so relaxing. I know you will be very pleased if you have any nail or spa needs. I highly recommend this salon. read more

I was a frequent patron of Michelle's Nails and apparently this is the new ownership. I would never go back to this dirty place again. The customer service is also terrible. The worker's are always yelling back and forth at each other. The prices have also increased for whatever reason I don't know. I don't mind paying more for quality and cleanliness but this is not the place. I decided to try TRI TLC Nails over the weekend and this was the best choice. A friend and I went to this salon on 01/19/2020. We asked for a pedicure and a manicure. We got the pedicure and that was fine, but we never got a manicure. We had asked for the dip nails, but thought we would get a manicure with that because that's what we asked for. We were charged $35 for the pedicure (which is what we expected) but were also charged another $35 for the dip powder without a manicure. My dip looks terrible. It started with one technician and another tried to fix what the first one started with very little success. There are divots and it is uneven on all of my nails. I am sadly disappointed that I paid so much money for something that I have to get fixed. I will never go to this salon again. :( read more

My wife have been here a couple of times for pedicures and ever since Michelle sold the business to this family I find the service as good if not better that when Michelle had the place. The previous posts about it being dirty are simply not true. It's same equipment that Michelle had and it's showing some use but it's still perfectly functional. They have moved some things around but I think it's more organized this way. We will all miss Michelle but I think the new owners have filled in for her as well as could be expected. They are very fast doing the nails and very cheap looking nail polish was all over the place I asked for more coats and they put a random pink on my nails they are very uneven nails and made my hand feel heavy from how much acrylic was under the nail barley bite your nails and they break I have brush hairs all in nails we payed over $100 and none of us where satisfy with them we tried saying what we wanted we got coffin nails and they where all squared drove 40 minutes for cheap nails !!
