Finally finally FINALLY!!!! Came here to get my nails done as a walk in right before Christmas because the last few places I've gone to my nails end up peeling off within days. So I walked in with my 10-year-old and my four-year-old (it was her bday) I told them to sit quietly while I get my nails done. One of the technicians started talking to the kids and asked me if she can do a free polish for the little one and my little girl had her first manicure for her birthday! Everybody was so nice the whole shop started singing happy birthday to her!! Of course I told my 10-year-old she can get her nails done as well and the technician decided to do nail art and didn't charge me extra! I felt so comfortable there and so happy. I had a very disappointing experience at this nail salon. The service felt the nail polish was old I did bring it to her attention due to this reason she applied for 4 coats the she made me apply two fans instead of sitting under the hand dryer. The price was $21. 00 plus tip I left at 1:05 PM by 3:15 pm when I got home. I noticed my five fingers two on one hand three on the other hand my polish nails were smeared . I called and complained. I pointed out my concerns instead of trying to fix the problem they told me that I have to go in to fix it. Well, what does that mean? I go there they fix it and then I gotta go back because it's gonna happen again. I'm not wasting my gas especially the gas price now. This is not my first time having my nails done. I called in the early afternoon and they were able to put me in at 6pm. The person answering the phone was super sweet and friendly. The salon is pretty and looked very clean. I had my appointment with Nancy. She was very very nice and did a great job on my nails. I didn't want dip, so she removed the dip and I tried the hybrid gel. Application process was easy and my nails came out great. I will definitely go there again. read more

Really nice crew and I wish the experience had been better. Pedi color selected was a peachy, coral color. The tech painted them pink and I didn't notice until one foot was already done. He didn't ask if I liked the color. No sweat, they looked okay. The mani color selected was an off white vanilla color. The color the tech brought was a light brown. I indicated I wanted a whiter color, like vanilla and he returned with silver. I had to ask again for a white color. The nails when filed where square, although my natural nails were rounded. The worst acrylic nails I have ever had. Just look at the picture! They are lumpy, uneven and dirty! just horrible. How can anyone think this is acceptable? We have been here twice. Both times they welcomed us when we walked in, and have accommodated us. I definitely recommend making an appointment though, since they are busy. We had the diamond pedicure which is extremely relaxing. Plan on a complete hour of relaxation. They provide the typical pedicure with this selection plus a leg/foot massage, scrub, jelly in the water to soften your skin, paraffin on your feet, and hot towels with a hot stone massage. It's so worth the extra pampering for tired feet/legs. I have been places that I have paid for similar, and I'm out in 30 minutes. Not here. They take their time. The second time we went, it was towards closing. I wondered if they were going to be tired by then and provide less. Nope! I don't know how they keep their strength up... the massage and time was just the same as the first time. We have recommended our friends to go there for a little pampering. They offer all types of pedicures, all types of price ranges, manicures with polish, gel and I believe dip too. I will warn you... if you get the diamond pedicure, you may fall asleep in the chair. It's that relaxing. Plenty of parking. It's located next to BJ's wholesale and the dollar store. They ask you to wash your hands prior to being seated, and they use a disposable plastic liner in the pedicure bowel. They do wear masks, and request the customers wear a mask. I had a gel pedicure today. The tech doing my nails is not the person I made an appointment with. She cut my nails crooked even tho I asked her to fix it. The sides of my nails are white am so are the tips. I told her I wasn't happy but she didn't offer me anything. I won't be returning. He attempted to put my sandal back on until I said "we are not done here". I had to show him where by each toe he over painted and a bumpy finish. His concern, well there was none. I left with unpainted nails; uneven nail length and 3 nails that have separation and 1 broken after only 3 days. I've been going to Diamond Nails since forever! And today I'm totally disappointed!!! It's the second time the I'm super upset with the service. I arrived 10'min late to my appointment and I'm willing to wait, I'll wait about 15 min, I choose the color of my dip powder and Kevin start working on me. He did a really poor job, my nails feel heavy, he don't even clean the dead skin around my nails. He was in a rush because 2 teenagers without appointment are in a rush too! I usually am pleased to get my nails done here, but I won't be returning after this. I got my nails done by Kevin, who usually does an acceptable job but today was just not up to par. I had him put on a new set of acrylics and he made my pointer finger a quarter of an inch shorter than all of my other nails. So I paid 45$ (only a 5$ tip because I was not happy) for nails that Will tick me off every time I look at them. Won't be returning. read more

Not sure if this was normal for dip powder nails but I didn't get a manicure. Went straight to glueing on the tips. I really wish i could give them no star. I called in today at 12 to make an appointment at 3 o'clock the person i was speaking to offered everything but the time i continuously requested for. I brushed that off & asked If i would be seated when i arrive being that plenty of times prior i was waiting about 30 minutes past my reservation time. When i arrived it was the same situation yet again. Was simply trying to have my mother and i enjoy our day off together and get our nails done but it is now 4:45 and I was just now offered if i was ready to begin my nails. I politely said no being that my mother has already began is almost done. & my sister is half way done with her pedicure. They had to wait 30 minutes past out appointment time. I keep coming back because of the fact that they seem to know how to do nails but apparently they cant even manage there time properly making it an inconvenience and unwelcoming experience.
