Today I saw Cindy for a basic pedicure - needed one in preparation for open-toe shoe season. Coming mid-day during the week always ensures I have no wait! I chose a simple color, as always, with no embellishments. Salon is clean, as were the tools and equipment. I desperately needed the massage chair, and I made full use of it during my service. Cindy was thorough - my nails were evenly clipped, cuticles trimmed, and the massage was strong. She did a great job with the paint; no bare spots on my nails and no polish on my skin. I wanted to pamper myself and was thrilled that I could book for the same day. Tom (I am pretty sure that was his name) did my pedicure and was excellent and really meticulous and careful which I appreciated. He did a beautiful job. The 90 minute hair spa was very relaxing and felt amazing. I think this is a newer service that they're offering and needs a little bit of tweaking to be more truly high-end but the technician was thorough and made sure I was comfortable throughout. From the dry scalp massage to the shampoo and deep scalp treatment, neck and shoulder massage, and facial massage using Riman Korean wash with a hot towel, every step left me feeling deeply relaxed and at peace. After two incredibly stressful and fast-paced weeks at work, this experience was exactly what I needed to slow down and reset before the July 4th holiday weekend. It truly felt like I was there for two hours so I couldn't believe it had only been one when I checked the time after. I have been going to this salon for a while at least 8-9h visits. They are pretty slick with their prices none listed online first sign to beware!! I was told clearly full set of poly gel $60 if only fill $55. I go yesterday full set (with my own product) gel pedicure with my polish regular pedi nothing fancy. And on my nails had to tiny daisy's on each finger. Total .....$130 before tip. The last time I went the manager did my nails and I was charged $60 now this same manager tells me no $75 for full set. On top of my nails looking like this, the nail tech began to give me an attitude when she, herself, realized she had no idea what she was doing. Based on my experience, I have to say it wasn't very pleasant. Tony, the technician who did my manicure, didn't give me any time to choose a color--he went straight to filing my nails and starting the dipping process. Everything felt rushed, and unfortunately, it got to the point where he burned my finger with his machine. Instead of apologizing, he told me that I needed to relax and that "these things happen." He put some drops to stop the bleeding and continued working as if nothing had happened. When he finished and charged me at the front, I noticed he had overcharged me for the dip as well. So, I went to get a pedicure based on yelp reviews for my pedicure tech, Tom. Nice guy but it felt like this was his 2nd week on the job. I didn't feel like he was thorough when clipping my cuticle as if he was scared to push the cuticle and skipping parts of my cuticle when clipping which I had to point out. It was the feeling you get when they give you the new person and based on the reviews, I felt I was going to get an experienced person. Probably won't be back, too many nail salons in the area and pedis are not cheap.... Side bar, the chair side tables were not clean but he wiped it off for me. The hot towel portion is one towel across the front of your legs, not the individual wrap for each leg, and the towel is not on your legs but 10 seconds, if that. I did get the all about massage with gel polish which was an extra 15 minutes of massage. He started using some blue solution that did not have great slip with the rubber gloves gliding over my legs and I had to tell him to use oil so his hands would glide., which he did without issue. He had a good attitude and this review is not to overly criticize but when you are out of 68 dollars plus tip..... almost 80 for pedi only, you need to know and make an informed decision. Yen worked with me on the design and pricing, was attentive to my sensory issues, and was great to be around. It's not often that I can find a place that can accommodate sensory issues and provide amazing results. *I did take off one star, because of a little nit picky detail. The application of the chrome pigment and black nail polish were sheerer in certain places on the nails. This was my go to place for years. I would have Yen do my nails and Kaylee do my pedicure. I stopped going because of the treatment I was given on multiple occasions. If I asked a question, I was blown off. If I made a comment I was laughed off. My pedicures seemed like a chore. I would give getting my nails done and Yen was busy doing other things than my nails. In the middle she would get up to worry about everything but her client. She was always looking at her cameras or schedule. If you don't trust the people that work there, then that's your issue. I paid good money to go there to be treated so poorly. The last time I went, Yen put regular clear on my nails and they started peeling so bad. I used to love this place. We're locals here in Coral Springs and have been trying to find the best nail salon in the area. We came here because of the 4+ star review they had. We'll start with appearance this place is extremely aged. All very old looking with equipment that looks 10+ years old. Everything here is dirty from the floors to the chairs. I was sitting in my pedicure chair and a bug started crawling on my seat. I would say cleanliness here is not their #1 priority. As we walked in the front desk lady was on here phone and didn't give me any mind for way longer than it should have been. The vibe here is depressing. In terms of the employees no name tags and no uniforms. It looks as if some random people came off the street to service us. We came in for a mani pedi but halfway through the pedicure we decided to only finish the pedicures. You can easily tell their tools are just reused and not cleaned properly at all. The final straw for us was when the worker tried to use a clearly used and old pumice stone on my wife. We even asked about it and he just threw it away in a drawer quickly. Truly disgusting. I was in town visiting family for the holidays and hadn't had a chance to get my nails done before we travelled. This place was close to where we were staying and had good reviews, so I figured I would give it a go. I picked a sparkly red nail for both a dip manicure and a regular pedicure. First sitting down I felt that something was off - my nail technician didn't clean up my cuticles or work on my hands - she just filed down the nails and started painting. Odd, but whatever. From here I figured out that this place does NOT know how to do powder/dip nails. My tech kept layering paint and powder on without curing with the UV light in between - I thought that maybe it was coming later until she tried to move me to the pedicure chair since my manicure was "complete." Instead of the sparkly red I had chosen, my nails were a dull brown with glitter. I pointed out that this was not the color I had picked - she initially told me that it was the number I had picked, and I had to go over to the color samples to show her the correct color. To be fair, I think that had the dip been applied correctly, it would have been the correct color. Instead of fixing the dip, she instead did one coat of gel paint over the dip nails to correct the color. Not only does this not fix the problem, but the coat was super sloppy - I had paint and remnant dip all over my fingers. At one point my fingernail actually got stuck to the towel underneath my hands and pulled out several fibers- instead of fully removing the fibers she picked out the ones she could and PAINTED over the others. The pedicure was additionally lackluster - no massage, not sanitary (she dumped my dead skin back into the water while my feet were still in it, yuck), and I had to ask her to correct clumped up nail polish on my toes - which still ended up not being fixed even after pointing it out repeatedly. It's barely been 24 hours and my toes are already showing signs of wear. My toes! Normally a pedicure lasts 2 weeks for me before it loses the fresh look. The coat of paint that was applied to "fix" my fingers has already chipped/wore away in several spots showing the ugly brown underneath. I will not be coming back on any subsequent visits. read more

I don't get my nails done often, but this is the worse place I have ever gone. It started with the massage chair for the pedicure being broken. I picked a light pink color and they started my nails and then told me I couldn't have that color cuz it wouldn't look good. They picked a completely different color for me and started painting my nails. When I told her I didn't want white she told me they had no pink nail polish and the only way I could have pink was if I upgraded to a gel pedicure. I was in a wedding and the bride wanted our nails pink and I didn't have time to go anywhere else so I agreed to the upgrade. My manicure all bubbled and peeled off in less than a week and the color was very uneven and there was paint on my skin for the pedicure. The most I have ever paid for the worst pedicure and manicure. Wish I could give 0 stars. read more
