Very average pizza, very skimpy on pepperoni, as you can see in the picture. The cheese was actually pretty light, too. Crust and sauce average. For the price, they should definitely be more generous with toppings (I think each slice had maybe two pepperoni each?). Cheesecake was average as well. I enjoy their pizza and love that they deliver to a larger area than dominos or papa John's. Plus it's nice to buy from a local pizza place instead of a big chain whenever I can. My son who isn't a big pizza lover actually eats their pizza which is another reason why I go here for our pizza. They even made our to go order one Saturday night as they were closing. That extra effort really won and kept my business that night. Saved me from having to feed hungry teenage boys! I did not visit the store in persOn. II found it looking for some deliivery in an app called "slice". I ordered two basic large pizzas. One all Cheese and one pepperoni. I also got some wings with the hot option and my wife was weird and got a chicken strip basket and fries. We ordered around 5:50 pm and they were at the house by 620. Food was hot and well received except my youngest picky eater said the cheese hAd too much cheese. She thinks little caesers is great so what does she know. Wings were large and meaty and while not what I'd call hot generously sauced. I tried the crust of a half eaten slice and it was great. While not and absolute favorite based on the reviews here I'd say some changes were made as there are definitely worse choices in the area. Order from there twice a month or monthly. Called tonight while at the ball field down the street and ordered. Order came to $52 (which included their card service fee). Lady who took my order said I had to pay over the phone since order was over $50. Never been asked before and usually pay in person. Last week my order was over $60 and I was not asked. Explained I was at the field and would pay when I get there since I didn't have my card handy and they refused my order despite them being able to see my history there. Asked what has changed and they said it was a new policy and since the girl who took my order had never taken my order personally they couldn't do it (which is also untrue because she has taken my order before but refused to take a second and look it up). This business has such a bad rep but I have always defended them. Never again. All they had to do was say they would let it go this time and I would make sure I had my card handy when I ordered again. Will tell everyone I know to never patronize this business again because they do not care about their loyal customers especially when you go in there and they never have any customers dining in. Came in for lunch as I heard the place served good pizza from a friend. They have an all you can eat one topping pizza Mon to Fri with drink for $7.99. I've read the reviews and I've come to the conclusion that when they get busy at night is when they have trouble with the quality of the orders. The ingredients are fresh and the bread was tasty. It was charred but I didn't mind but It'll cost them a star. Considering I was the only dine in customer and they didn't serve silverware but plastic spoon and fork. The place is big and can accommodate a lot of people. The staff was nice enough. The serving was big and I wasn't offered a refill don't know if they do it. Spent $12++, Would I recommend ???? I'm thinking there's other pizza places in wake but if your hungry and want pizza and your here It'll fill your belly and it's not gross. Still haven't tried the pizza. read more

Ordered delivery because we usually love Diamonds. However, today was a huge disappointment. They gave us an hour quote until delivery then called 10 mins before our food should have arrived to tell us they were out of 2 of the foods we ordered. So we picked new items and our food took another hour to deliver making it a total of around 2 hours waiting for our food. I just moved to the area and wanted to find a non chain pizza place. Tried this out - never again. Should of just ordered from Pizza Hut- the pizza was gross and was similar to something from Little Caesars. I also ordered a spinach calzone - crust was the only thing ok with that. Insides were gross and seemed like it had been made days ago and reheated. I ordered breadsticks- received cheese sticks instead that were extremely plain/ no taste whatsoever. Tried Diamonds last night. We got two large pizzas with tip for $30. I ordered a mushroom and sausage pizza...I'll say the crust was good. The sausage had no flavor and the mushrooms were spread kinda thin. The sauce didn't have a distinct flavor. The meat was definitely frozen crumbles. Kinda like that garbage that comes on a crappy $1 store brand frozen pizza... if I were wasted, I'd be happy. But not the case....probably won't get pizza here again. read more

I've been a customer here at least a dozen times, so I think I have a decent understanding of their service. The quality of the food is about average. Some items like their specialty pizzas excel while their chicken wings fall flat (usually overcooked and tough). All in all, they've got a pretty solid menu and would recommend it for eat in or takeout. I always used to regard the place well, but there are a few consistent issues with the delivery service. Every time I call in, they put me on hold multiple times and it's pretty noisy. It usually takes about a full ten minutes to get my order straight. They also promise a pizza in an hour, not 30 minutes. Three times now out of about ten deliveries it's taken about an hour and a half. Once I asked the delivery guy if it was the right pizza, he opened the box, and a bug landed in it. Tonight, he was 30 minutes late, had me sign the customer copy and said my copy never printed. He acted like I was crazy for asking for proof of purchase and offered no explanation for being late. They charge extra for delivery service too. My advice to the proprietors is to drop your mediocre delivery service and unprofessional drivers and focus on what works--your take out. read more
