My favorite part is her story telling - her character tells her life story, and she stays in character. All the adults were giggling! She really knows how to engage the kiddos too! I would not recommend leaving everything to the last minute like I did, but I did get lucky because my daughter's party was on a Sunday so more princesses were Available. I picked one of my daughters favorite princess, Cinderella. The young lady's name is Gennie and she was AMAZING!!! She arrived on time and brought all her goodies to make our party more alive! It was a pleasure to have "Barbie" hosting our daughter's 6th birthday party! Kristin was very accommodating of our requests. We were hosting a fashion diva themed party. She came as "Life in the Dream House Barbie". She entertained the girls while they were waiting to get their hair, nails and makeup done. She took the time to talk with each girl, teach modeling poses, practice runway walks... She gave each girl cute hand painted tattoos. Once all the girls were done with their glamour make overs, she sang songs with the girls taking the time to learn a few of my daughter's favorite songs ahead of time, she taught dances and MC'ed the final runway. While each girl walked down the red carpet, Kristin announced each girl and shared a fun "fact" about each one one (like what she want to be when she grows up or hobbies/interests). Prior to the party Kristin was very easy to communicate with via phone, email and text. She even accommodated a list minute adjustment to increase her service time. We hired Kristin as Queen Elsa for my daughter's 4th birthday. She was amazing! Very responsive, easy to communicate with and arrived early in character ready to celebrate. Elsa made a grand entrance and surprised all our guests. She brought crafts for the kids and did so good with the face painting that even a few adults asked to join the fun. There was dancing, games, props (parachute, instruments, wands, scarves) and even limbo! The birthday girl even got to sing with the Queen on the microphone. She did an awesome job entertaining 12 kids (ages 1-5) plus the adults. All the kids got involved, laughed and played and kept repeating "this is the best frozen party ever"! Kristin stayed in character the entire time, was very attentive with the kids and made sure everyone was having fun. She never rushed the activities and even stayed a little longer to make sure each child had an opportunity to take an individual photo with Elsa. This is the second time we ask diamond princess to come to our daughters birthday. Jenny and Kristin did an amazing job and we will definitely ask them to come again. The birthday theme was Elena of avalor. Everyone loved princess Elena, the face painting, singing and playing! There was 17 kids, and we had booked one hour and a half but Kristin showed up for an additional half an hour at no extra charge to make sure all kids are happy. Diamond Princess Parties are the BEST CHARACTER COMPANY in town BAR NONE! I cannot say enough about their professionalism, communication, punctuality and sincerity, let alone the character performance that took over our entire party! When in need, call in Kristin's cavalry! And I say this especially because we run the "birthday gauntlet" every year from the middle of July through September within our family, and to our dismay our daughter ends up with the burned out parents who phone in her party.... Diamond Princess Parties to the rescue! OMG is all I can say!!!!!! From the moment "Belle" arrived in a perfect costume from head to toe in her ballroom dress, we were ALL (adults included!) transported to fantasy land. The entire party came out to greet her as we instinctively formed a semicircle in wait ... but first Belle had to make a special 1 on 1 visit with our delighted daughter who was absolutely entranced! After some precious back and forth with a private conversation that will likely stick with our daughter for years, Belle stood up, and out of nowhere she had musical accompaniment and she began singing, mind you hand in hand with our daughter as they both made their runway walk to the rest of the party! Talk about a grand entrance! From then on, the children were absolutely smitten with Kristin, from her singing / musical interactive games, to the best face painting we've ever seen, every detail was carried out to perfection. But it is Kristin's calming demeanor and natural interaction with the kids that really left an impression on us adults and especially the kids! So much so that our daughter couldn't wait to go to Disneyland to see Belle again she was so taken with her.
