I called and spoke to Pablo for chairs that we needed on Sunday. He gave me a total of $18 and said that I can pick them up today, Friday, and drop them off on Monday for no extra charge . So, I sent my wife in to get the chairs. When she shows me the invoice, he charged her an extra $20 to drop the chairs off on Monday. I called and he said that was because they're not open on Sunday (the day of our party). He never stated the extra charge to me when we were on the phone. He just gave me a total. We rented tables, chairs, umbrellas, & table linens from Mary's Party Rentals for a party at my home. The linens were very clean and pressed. Couple days ago I was looking for a place that would allow me to rent tables and chairs and then I seen this around my area, I tried to contact them and they weren't available since it was after hours but they got back to me really quickly The next day they gave me the rundown how much will it be and it was really affordable Once I got there on a Friday because they did give me a time gap to pick up when I went there the people the staff were very nice professional and friendly the only little small part I would only says they didn't have a helper to help me load up the certain things which I wasn't a big deal I was just maybe expecting a little bit but it was still either way a good experience I turned it in there were people who are just having their stuff grab the chairs and tables At the end their service and their prices are very good I like them and if anyone would ask me about this place I would highly recommend this place friendly small business but always with good attitude they have so I guess my stars five with them read more

Do not use this company! I rented a jumper for my daughters party. As soon as the people left and my kids started jumping the jumper started sinking. It had huge holes in it. I called the company several times and they refused to bring another jumper. Since you have to pay first they also refused to give a refund. It was too late to get another jumper even though I tried. Her party was ruined. Do not use this company. No way did they not know this jumper was full of holes. read more

When I called I asked if I was talking to Mary she said yes.... (I completed my order three weeks before my event) and she said that they were going to call me the day before to set up delivery time.... they never did... the day before I called that evening to confirm my delivery. They had no idea who I was or my order.... after they looked for a bit they found my order... and then said it would be between three and five the next day... Company never showed up I called and they said that they were too busy and that they would deliver at 10 the next day. Party started at 11 the next day...: I canceled my order. I called Mary's Party Rental yesterday afternoon with the hope that they would be able to deliver a jumper for the evening. My son decided last minute he wanted a jumper for his party. I thought it was a long shot, but Pablo checked inventory and, when he couldn't get a regular driver out here, he brought it himself. My son had an amazingly fun time with his friends in the pirate jumper. It was clean and in good repair. They left it with me overnight and Pablo picked it up this morning. We've used them to get bounce houses twice this year. Both showed up on time and were a hit. The first one they brought had some mold spots on it & the guys setting it up wiped it down before and after blowing it up. Something to be expected with these set-ups. For the most recent booking, I described what I was looking for over the phone and they texted me several sample pics to see if any would worked. I picked the one I wanted and it was delivered early and was a hit. My only complaint was our crappy, old house with an outdated electrical system, which has nothing to do with the service. Our first rental was an extended bounce house requiring two blowers. It worked fine for the party, but afterward, someone tried to use our microwave to re-heat food and it blew the circuit, causing it to collapse. But no problems with the single blower house. read more
