The speaker that we rented arrived on time and got picked up once we were done so about 30min over the pick up schedule but she was ok with that which was nice. They helped set up and showed us how to use the speaker. The only issue I had was the power plug was a little loose that I got discounted a couple of times but it was manageable and I informed her about it. Horrible experience with this company. They shorted me 15 chairs and sent me a broken table. I also ordered a 20'x40' canopy and received two 20'x20' canopys. It rained so some of my decorations got wet because the water came in from in between the canopys. When I called it took them forever to get back to me. Rented a 20x30 Canopy from EPR for an engagement party for 30 people and it fit perfectly in my back yard. It kept the sun off of us and we were able to fit 3 long wooden farm tables under it with 30 wooden chairs easily, and there was plenty of extra room. I had EPR set it up and take it down and it only took 30 minutes. This was my second time renting from them and I was very happy with them. They were right on for recommending the round tables and the appropriate number to fit under the tent comfortably. They even provided the table linens and without me seeing them ahead of time they were the perfect shade of blue. Me and my neighbors have used them befor without any problem but this time for my kids 4th birthday party we wanted the jumper/pool combo they delivered it on time and set everything up, the next day when I was filling the pool it had many holes in it and was gushing water out and not filling, so we called the number on the card and the lady that answered the owner just wanted to argue the whole time and tell me holes are supposed to be in the pool they gave me 100 back after I demanded it the lady was rude and me and my neighbors will look for another party rental place for out future rentals read more
