We browsed for nearly 20 minutes before anyone acknowledged us (not even a welcome when we walked in), which was a little disappointing. As newer collectors, a simple greeting or a bit of guidance would have really helped, especially in a shop with so many boxes of cards to go through. That said, there are a lot of positives. The store is clean, well organized, and offers an impressive selection across sports, Pokémon, and several other categories. Their prices were very fair (definitely more reasonable than some other shops we've visited) which we really appreciated. While the lack of customer engagement made the visit feel a bit underwhelming, the quality of the shop itself is strong enough that I can see myself returning. I'm hopeful that next time we're greeted a bit more warmly, because this place truly has great potential.

I love that you can break there and they offer anything you need, sleeves, top loaders ETC. I havent done a live break with them yet, but I have watched a few. They break on Loupe for now, but would be nice to see them on some other platforms. Around Christmas, I got my sons the Topps Christmas box and it was a huge hit. I recently spent big on a $250+ box of Topps Finest and hit some absolute monsters, Including a /99 Corbin Carroll refractor auto! There were 2 boxes left and another customer suggested which box to pick, the guys working there said trust her she seems to have a 6th sense... SHE WAS NOT WRONG!

We came on a Sunday afternoon and it had a pretty good flow of people both purchasing and dropping off things. Being in here reminded me of the quote "one man's trash is another's treasure." It makes me want to purge through my things and try to sell them. Anyways there were tons of toys, clothes, household items, etc. i ended up coming out with 2 large black fans that had dragons on them. I wanted them for a Filipino traditional dance but ended up using them for a party, also perfect for festivals. However, I was a little disappointed that I didn't see any single card boxes to dig through--only sealed blaster and hobby boxes behind the counter. It's possible I missed them, but from what I could tell, singles weren't readily available. The biggest concern for me was the pricing. As a newer collector, I was already a bit nervous about choosing the right boxes, and seeing some items marked significantly higher than retail made me hesitant to buy. For example, the most recent Topps NBA Holiday Box was priced at $60, even though we had just purchased the same box at GameStop for $35 and it's still widely available at that price. Since it doesn't seem to be a rare or hard-to-find product, the markup felt a little excessive. On the positive side, the customer service was genuinely great. The employee who helped us took the time to talk with us and seemed truly willing to assist with anything we needed. That part of the experience definitely stood out in a good way. Overall, while I appreciated the variety and the friendly service, the pricing made me hesitant to spend money during this visit. I may do a bit more research and give the shop another try in the future, but based on this first impression, I wasn't fully comfortable making a purchase yet.

Had to do a double take in pulling up this business to post a review…read more I've known this store since it opened in 1991 when it was located on Lawton Street in San Francisco. Several years later, he moved to downtown Novato which is the last location that I visited. A few years ago and after the world changed in March 2020, he found a larger space here and made the move. He carries a full variety of sports cards and memorabilia as well as hosting games on weekends for Magic and Pokemon fans. He also carries card collecting supplies such as sheets, binders, and cases to frame jerseys. I've been fortunate that we are also casual friends so when I am looking for something, he will look for it or source me to where I can get it. With the recent Giants' outfielder from Asia doing a signing event then cancelling it last month, I asked him to help me get two autographed baseballs, one for a friend and the other for me. He's helped me frame jerseys and I've bought cardholders, sheets, and random sports items to give as gifts for friends. I hope to visit their store, likely when I make a road trip to the North Bay. My boyfriend and I found this nice little shop when we were in the area and wanted to see what kind of RC Cars this place had. The guy working there Brian was such a great guy to talk to. They talked about the different types of RC cars there was. There are drift cars, monster trucks, buggies, crawlers... the list goes on. We were in there for maybe an hour or so just talking. Brian was such a gem, that 5 years later we go back and have built a wonderful friendship with him, he had become our older brother. Brian is that type of person who will not just sell you an RC car, but he will sell you one that suits you. If you had a car in mind and he does not have it in stock, he is willing to order it and he will make sure he orders you the best one. Brian also fixes RC cars if something is broken or if you have no idea why it isn't working. He will give you a quote before actually fixing it and if the price is good with you, he will start the fixing processes. He is not the type of sell you useless cars, he tries his best to order the best. He does sell more then just RC cars. Just go check him out and see what he has to offer. He also has model cars that you can build. He has a few trains and tracks. He has a lot of paints for the models and other things. Brian is great.
