Sharing these before and after pictures, which honestly don't do enough justice to the difference in our kitchen tiles post George's cleaning work. Our tiles were not professionally cleaned for over 20 years and the grouts had turned black and the tiles itself lost its original look significantly. After the cleaning work, our tiles were literally back to when we first moved into our new home. This week we will be having him clean our hardwood floor which has completely lost its original state. I found Diamond Steamers on Yelp. Since he had such wonderful reviews I decided to hire him to clean our carpets. We had so many stains, such as pet urine, food and dirt that I was doubtful he would be able to remove them, but George proved me wrong. He explained to me the deep cleaning scrubbing to remove the stains and how he would remove the pet urine. I am so pleased with the results! The carpets look new again. Also George was on time for our appointment and respected our hardwood floors by placing long mats to protect them. If I could give him more stars I would. Look no more, he's the best. He was able to give us a couple options that fit within our timeframe. The Diamond Steamers van pulled up right on schedule. The process was thorough and fast. Hardwood Floor deep clean and polish and Carpet cleaning. First I had hired George to go almost 2,500 or so square feet of hardwood floors. He did a fantastic job and my Brazilian Cherrywood floors look beautiful. I was so impressed with George I asked him to return and clean the bedrooms with carpet as it had been a minute since they had been done last. While they are a creme color and we do not wear our shoes in the house they still had stains and in the high traffic areas looks darker. George worked his magic again and my carpets look new. I had one stain from a glass of water with tropical Mio in it that spilled on my carpets and he even got that out and he worked extra on that. He actually did not finish until he thought they looked perfect which I appreciated so much. A bit on the expensive side but overall good job. The whole cleaning process took almost 3 hours and work was done with efficiency. Left water pooled between the floor & baseboards, floor trim between kitchen to living room, base of cabinets. Damaged one cabinet and baseboard corner. I immediately grabbed a towel to soak it up before water damage could occur. George denied there was any water pooled anywhere or damage, claiming his equipment couldn't do that, even though he saw me grab a towel and observed me soaking it up. Deducted my payment to him as a result. Tried to ensue an argument with me. Terrible customer service. Rude from the start. Do NOT recommend. Will use COIT in the future. I saw An ad for Diamond Steamers this morning and on a whim decided to give them a call. From the first minute the experience was great. George answered my call right away (at 8:30 on a Sunday I fully expected to be leaving a message). He gave me quote right over the phone and fit my job in same day! His quote reasonable. George showed up on time, did a great job on both the sofas and my outdoor rug, and was very polite and kind. He even recommended I close the windows before he started work so the exhaust smell from the machine in his truck didn't come into the house. George was a referral from my neighbor who had tried out two different services. What I loved about George was his communication, fair pricing, and fantastic service. He also takes all forms of payment from Venmo to Cash, makes it so easy. George texted immediately after our conversation my appointment time, he texted me when he was 30 mins away, and showed up on time. He consulted on my spots and gave me options with no pressure to take any one of the add-ons. My carpet was fairly new, but I had dog barf and kid stains in the bedroom and hallways.
