Reached out to her last Thursday, and we both agreed on Tuesday, 9am for my appointment, here in Ovilla, Texas. Mike arrived promptly at 9am, and what I thought was horrific carpet damage, (thanks to my sweet dog Trixie) Mike thought nothing of it. He had the spot repaired in 15 minutes. He cleaned and repaired the spot, vacuumed, picked up after himself and was loaded up and gone by 9:30. They take exceptional pride in customer service. I subcontracted out a cleaning job that I was capable of doing myself, seeing that I own a carpet cleaning service in Dallas. I decided to pick someone in that area to have my business. Wow that was a mistake. He not only didn't show up at the appointment hour. Wasting the customers time Mr. Smith wanted me to pay him upfront before ever going to the job site. I called Mr. Smith we agreed I would pay him as soon as he confirmed he was there at the customers home. Mr. Smith confirmed on the phone that was fair he would take the work. I see why he wanted to be paid upfront Mr. Smith never planned on going out. Beware is all I have to say scammer on the prowl.

They were one of the only companies that was willing to do a Saturday morning job, which was hugely helpful since that was absolutely the only possible day it could be done. Yay, them! These two very sweet ladies showed up on time. They were cheerful and friendly and wasted no time. In addition to all the regular housecleaning stuff (bathrooms, vacuuming, mopping, etc.), they did heavy duty things like wiping out all the kitchen and bathroom cabinets, cleaning the blinds, wiping out the fridge and microwave, and cleaning the inside of the oven (I sprayed it the night before). They're very thorough and super quick! My completely empty two bedroom + two bathroom 1300sf place was finished in only about 90 minutes. If I were staying in the area, I'd definitely have them on a regular basis.

Dust was left around door casing in some bedrooms. One of the kitchen countertops was not thoroughly cleaned. On the bright side, the team was very friendly and upon initial glance the home appeared to be thoroughly cleaned.
