Shelves need some love. Cleaned first and foremost but nothing stays stocked. There isn't a lot of selection. Every thing just looks bleh. The only employees I ever see are the cashiers and they don't even greet you when you walk in the door. Everything is over priced. I have tried to come in a few times thinking it might get better and every single time I am disappointed and just walk right back out not purchasing a thing. I literally finished an entire stack of ribs by myself that should say enough. Their bakery section is also dangerous in the best way possible. My favorites are definitely the cheese danish and the almond croissant. So fresh and really good every time. The store itself is always clean, well-stocked, and there's always someone around to help if needed. Great variety of meats, cheese, fresh produce, a solid protein bar selection, and honestly one of my favorite chocolate sections too. Love this location.

Some of my favorite finds are their dried eucalyptus in the floral section, prepackaged meals (steak and asparagus) and their cage free brown eggs. The prices continue to be affordable and they are good about have multiple lanes available for checking out your groceries. There are plenty of places to park as well. I'll probably come here during the weekday mornings since true crowd is significantly smaller.

I've spent my last dollar with Steve Fischer…read more I've used Fischer's for the last 6 years for deer processing, and always pick up a sack or two of extra meats, cheeses, and spreads when I pick up the finished deer. Always dealt with the courteous younger workers in the past. We drive from Sherman because the product has been good in the past and the drive is not too bad, offering us a chance to reminisce about a hunt on the way in to the processor. Deer hunting for my kids has always had an unspoken goal of driving to Fischer's after the hunt. Last night we brought a doe in at just after 7 PM and I called Steve Fischer - the first name listed on the list of phone numbers to call. I've never met Steve before last night, though I have heard about him. I've never in my life dealt with a more rude or patronizing individual. I sat there and watched him patronize and demean a 14-year-old kid because he obviously didn't want to get off of his azz and come check in this kid's deer. If you don't want to come up after hours, then don't put your name on the sign. I asked him if we were putting him out and that we don't aim to, or make a make a practice of such. After a smart azz and unprofessional response, I instructed my son to put his deer back in the truck and advised Steve we'd just go somewhere else. The relative positive is that I got to talk with my son for an hour about the value of his dollar, businesses who deserve it, and businesses that do not. I've referred a friend to Fischer's about a month ago who described a similar experience dealing with Steve at check-in. You've earned your last dollar from us bud.
