This was our first experience with any taxi service in the Rogue Valley. Basically, there was a need for them to pick up my Mom at a specific time and bring her to a downtown wine bar to watch my husband's band. At the end of their performance, they would need to return at a specific time, pick her up and bring her home. An additional request was made for the driver to walk with her to the wine bar and to also walk her to her door at the end of the evening. They did this flawlessly. They were punctual and honored my husband's request to the letter. The driver was a very pleasant young man and most professional. We strongly recommend this taxi service!

They confirmed and told us they would call 15 minutes before arrival for a 9:30 pick-up. At 9:20 we had to call them again -- no answer. They called back at 9:25 and said they were "running 15 minutes late." BS. If they were out on a run they would have given us a heads up that they were going to be late.
