I was out of town so my husband made advance arrangements with Tic Tock Taxi to give my (87 yr old) Mom a ride as she is not comfortable driving at night. This was our first experience with any taxi service in the Rogue Valley. Basically, there was a need for them to pick up my Mom at a specific time and bring her to a downtown wine bar to watch my husband's band. At the end of their performance, they would need to return at a specific time, pick her up and bring her home. An additional request was made for the driver to walk with her to the wine bar and to also walk her to her door at the end of the evening. They did this flawlessly. They were punctual and honored my husband's request to the letter. The driver was a very pleasant young man and most professional. We strongly recommend this taxi service! read more

I called them three times in one day, trying to arrange an early morning pickup to get to the airport, and never received a call back. I eventually went with another company. On a previous occasion, they got us to the airport just fine, but didn't have anyone there to pick us up, although I had made a reservation before we left, and had called them before getting on the flight to Medford. This company is offensive. We needed transportation from Medford airport on a very late Sunday night arrival. We waited for ~ 30 minutes for a taxi to arrive. Then we were told to take us home would be $100.00! (for a 23.5 mile/21 minute ride on highway). It was cold and we were tired, so we paid the ransom. There was no meter used for the ride and likely the money was just pocketed. I would avoid this company like the plague. Very sad to take advantage of people this way :( read more

Called made the arrangements for a 3:45a pick-up...at 3:44a I just happen to check a voice mail message left at 2:53a they weren't going to be able pick us up for a airport run...to their credit I did see they called from a private #, but I rarely answer random calls and no message was left till the next morning...a text would have been nice. Great service! Had to get my elderly father to the auto parts store to get a new battery for his car. They picked him up, offered to knock on the door to let him know they were there and assist him to the car if needed (it wasn't but that's awesome), waited for him at the store and brought him home. Tic Tock taxi service has really been disappointing. They used to be reliable and prompt. There drivers used to care about customer service. Our recent scheduled early pick up for a ride to the airport did not show up. We scheduled a day ahead of time, confirmed the ride only to be let down at 4am. No show. GROSSLY NEGLIGENT, MISSED FLIGHT, NO OWNERSHIP My husband and I traveled to Ashland, OR on Sun, May 22, 2022 and had a return flight to Phoenix on Thurs, May 26th. Our flight on the 26th was scheduled to depart at 5:45am with a final check in at 5am. On Tues, 2 days before our departure, my husband contacted Tic Tock Taxi and made a reservation for them to pick us up at the Ashland Hills Hotel. It should be noted that Tic Tock Taxi does not provide confirmation numbers. I was in the hotel room while the call was being made, and I overheard the dispatcher ask my husband if he preferred a 4:15am or 4:30am pick up. My husband requested the 4:15am pick up to avoid any complications in obtaining our boarding passes and possible security delays. We were standing in front of the hotel at 4:05am in case the taxi arrived early. At 4:20am, no taxi appeared, so we called the cab company to advise that we were waiting outside the hotel to be picked up. The dispatcher advised that we were not on their schedule. My question is: For what reason were 2 adults waiting outside on a hotel curb at approx 4:00am? We immediately called Crater Lake Cab, and they arrived 10 minutes later. Unfortunately, and certainly through no fault on their part, Crater Lake Cab was unable to get us to the airport in time for the 5:00am check in. So, we missed our flight. Being stuck at the airport, we called Crater Lake Cab and asked them to return us to our hotel. This roundtrip cost us $100, not including the tip both ways. Ashland Hills Hotel allowed us to return to our room after we advised them of our predicament. We contacted the airlines and requested to be put on the next available flight to Phoenix. Luckily, there were seats on the 3:30pm flight. It cost us $108 per ticket change. Tic Tock's unreliability, cost us over $316 which does not include the 2 separate tips to the Crater Lake Cab driver, plus the late fee we were required to pay to the kennel where our dog was being housed. While at the hotel, I contacted Tic Tock and spoke to the owner, Brad Green. I advised him of the earlier situation and he agreed to look into the problem. Mr Green said he would call me back which he never did. On the following day, I called Tic Tock, and once again I spoke to Brad Green. I expressed my concerns, which were met by silence. Mr Green finally said that he had another call and promptly hung up. I apologize for such a long review, but I want to make sure that other potential customers may encounter the same level of incompetency and poor customer service shown by Tic Tock Taxi and the owner, Brad Green. Due to Mr Green's attitude, my husband and I will be pursuing this matter through the Jackson County Court. We have been advised by them that as out-of-staters, we can still file a civil complaint and the case can be heard through electronic means. read more

My husband talked to someone from tic tock Saturday night for a Sunday morning 415 ride to the airport. The guy didn't show up. My husband called and the guy sounded like he was asleep but he said that he was on his way. 15 minutes later he didn't answer the phone. He never showed up. My daughter, her husband and 3 children used Tic Tock Taxi on July 12 at 10:00 at night. They had just flown in to visit me in Shady Cove. When they arrived in Shady Cove my daughter was so upset and her husband was as well. Apparently, their driver, a woman named Randy was high on something. She could hardly talk and kept nodding off and drifting into the oncoming traffic. They didn't know what to do. They had to keep waking her up. They almost asked her to let them out or let her husband drive. However, they did not know where they were since this was their first trip. This company is asking for a lawsuit with this kind of liability. Unbelievable! I'm so angry. That driver could have gotten them all killed. read more

I used tic tock taxi to get to and from the airport. Getting there was smooth sailing, our driver arriving five minutes early and helping us into and out of the van. Getting home was a little annoying as I asked for a driver at a specific time and the car was not there when we asked. We waited 10 minutes before I had to call the company to see what was going on. Apparently the driver had been held up on her previous stop, but no one had let us know. I wish we had just taken another cab home, it was quite annoying to be stuck waiting. read more

My girlfriend calls and schedules a ride to work with this taxi cab every week. They know her as a regular. She calls 4 hours ahead to be considerate. There are drivers who get her there late every night, not even letting her know they are running behind. There is one driver who used to get her on time, but they fired that one. There was a driver last week that tried to burn her for some fee that she'd never been charged before. Turns out he lied about the fee. These guys are not concerned with their customers, just the money. Don't use their service. They have an intoxicated driver during the week to top it off. read more

I scheduled the pick up the day before and was given assurances they would be there as I would have few options at that hour if they failed to show. Needless to say, they failed to show up and I was left standing outside my hotel with my wife at 3:45 in the morning. This company is a waste of time waiting to happen. I got off work and requested a ride. Gave good contact phone number and address of pickup (which is my place of emoyment). Dispatcher gave eta of 10-15 minutes. I waited until 25 minutes had passed to call back. Dispatcher said drivsr couldnt find me. I told him I was right in front of the business and no driver in sight. I was the told by my coworker thar tick tock driver had been pounding on our back door instead if opening it and walking in and she told him I was out front. She also stated that he said he called the business number but there was no answer at which time she explained to him our business line is not working at this time and that is why I had given dispatcher my cell phone number to contact me at. She again told him I was out in front of the business waiting to be picked up. I gave all that info to the dispatcher and about that time I see the tick tock driver pull out on the same street I was waiting on and headed the opposite direction. I got upset and told the dispatcher what I had just seen and he said the driver couldn't find you and said he was "getting out of there". I told the dispatcher he was told exactly where I was and didn't drive around to the front of the store at all. I then canceled my ride and said I would find a more responsible company!! I was in Medford for business and was referred to Tick Tock by a colleague, who happened to catch a ride with them from the airport. I was immediately impressed by the cleanliness of the new cab that picked us up, the friendly and articulate manner of the driver, and the pleasant conversation while on our way. I scheduled two additional rides at the time of dropoff, and they were both timely and equally as clean and efficient. One of them was from hotel to airport at 6:30am, so I was grateful they were punctual. They are still a small company so they are working out some kinks, i.e. drivers also do dispatch so have to navigate calls while en route. I'm sure as they grow this will get better.
