A to B Taxi are great. When we went to the airport two weeks ago we used AtoB, our friends who were going with us used another taxi service, that did not show up. Our friends called me in a panic because their cab didn't show up so I asked our driver if he would be able to go get them after he dropped us off, luckily they live close to the airport. The driver took off and got them to the airport on time. When we returned from our trip, later than planned because of flight changes, I called A to B and they sent out a driver right away. If I could give negative stars I most definitely would!! The worst service I have ever experienced with a cab driver the lady was rude and very unprofessional. She acted like it was such a huge inconvenience for her to have to do her job and like she wasn't getting paid to do it. Because of the recent airport shutdown in Klamath Falls, I have to take a taxi from Medford there. The driver was very friendly. Although he was super tired working in the morning as a mechnician, he kept on our interesting conversation all the way. He was very informative. I was in a scramble to get my 81 year old mom with back issues .... a long ride from the airport. This was after midnight! I needed someone who would show up and be trustworthy. This was after two days and over 24 hours of delayed and canceled flights for my mom. No showed on us with a confirmed reservation made 2 days in advance with Adam. Multiple calls to the listed number on the morning of pick up went to voicemail. This is NOT a reliable cab company and if you use them you will not be able to depend on them to pick you up. Luckily we had another way to get to the airport at 4:30am. DO NOT use them! The main thing you need with a cab company is to be dependable and they are not. Zero stars for zero service. Update: Spoke to Adam the owner later in the day and he was very apologetic. He said that he would be looking into why the driver did not show up and he also offered a refund on the higher cost of airport parking. I appreciate that he is trying to make things right. The best apology would be for the cab drivers to show up as scheduled for us and for others who use their service in the future. read more

Adam was on point and delivered with style! I don't call cab services often but we had a special guest coming to our companies office and the first person to pick up to take my call (after calling 4 other companies with no success at 7:45am) was a gentleman named Tim who referred me to Adam due to the snow conditions. Adam was not only early to pick up our guest but he went the extra mile to grab a specialty coffee at my request prior to pick up. He stayed in contact with me through the day to ensure our guest had a ride home and also transportation to the airport the following day.
