I called back assuming that must be a mistake, but no. It wasn't. Trent hung up on me on purpose. When Trent did come out of hiding and answer his phone I asked for an answer as to why I was left in front of the Emergency Room in 38 degree weather for almost an hour and got hung up on again. And again, and again, and believe me, I called a truly insane amount of times trying to get a mature adult to explain what had gone wrong and why but...at this point I have to stay absolutely fuming and assume this is just how they do business and there are in fact no mature adults working there. They have ALWAYS been on time both directions. I've used them for years. Only recently was I made aware that they track your flight for you and arrive earlier/later so you have NO WAIT when get off the plane exhausted. It was 11pm and we had been traveling for well over 12 hours, went through customs twice and had a spoiled screaming toddler kicking the back of my seat and a sick baby in the row behind us for a 5 hour leg of the trip. Needless to say, we were relieved when our flight landed almost an hour early. Our airport pick up was scheduled for mid-night and it's snowing outside in Medford. She said it would be a half hour. She came by 30 minutes later with another passenger stating it was her friend, and still stated that my dad had to pay the entire fair. It appeared that they were trying to swindle my dad into paying for this man's ride out to Medford. The entire incident was unprofessional and unsavory. I don't recommend using this company. It was over 90 degrees out while my father waited for the service. This is unacceptable. We were having a backyard bbq and I had a few drinks and was unable to drive him back unfortunately.
