I called back assuming that must be a mistake, but no. It wasn't. Trent hung up on me on purpose. When Trent did come out of hiding and answer his phone I asked for an answer as to why I was left in front of the Emergency Room in 38 degree weather for almost an hour and got hung up on again. And again, and again, and believe me, I called a truly insane amount of times trying to get a mature adult to explain what had gone wrong and why but...at this point I have to stay absolutely fuming and assume this is just how they do business and there are in fact no mature adults working there.
