Due to flight delays and an unfortunate issue with a dead car battery, we needed a ride from the Medford airport home at 11:30 pm. Contacted Jodi from our connecting airport and she said she'd be there. Had to contact her a couple of times more due to flight updates. She was waiting when we finally arrived at 1:30 am and we had a pleasant, fast ride home. She did great by us and we won't hesitate to call her again. read more

We had scheduled a 5:05 am pick up to get us to Medford Airport We were outside at the curb waiting with our luggage at 5:00 No one showed up!! At 5:10 I started calling Yellow Cab getting no answer, I called multiple times leaving messages I got an automatic generated text message stating "I will call you back" at 5:10. At 5:25 we had to jump in the car and race to the airport We had to pay $60 for parking !!!! I called yellow cab several times on the way to airport and have never received a call back I would not recommend this company!! read more

I had an appointment for a pick up to the airport at 5:30am and by 5:45am the taxi didn't show up. I woke my neighbor up and she picked us up at 6am and drove us to the airport. He still hadn't arrived by 6am. If it hadn't been for my neighbor, we would have missed our flight. There was no taxi on the route from my house. Apparently he never left at all. I called the day before to schedule a ride to the airport. The pick time was 3:45 am. At 3:50 they had not arrived. I called them and was told they were on their way. I asked for the ETA I was told 10 minutes or so. I told her I need to be at the airport at 4. Her reply was I'm very well aware. I drove myself. We called the night before we needed to be at the Rogue Valley airport to secure a morning drive (gave time, name, cell and address). By 5:59 am nobody had shown up. Then I called them back hitting redial and they claimed to have no record. We had to leave our car in long term parking and risked missing our flight. It cost us $70 for the week. This is about the same we spent for a full week of door-to-door Uber service in Washington DC. They really need to get their act together or they will no longer exist. read more

A reservation was made for a ride to the airport this morning at 3:45am. At 3:40am we called to confirm a driver was on the way with no answer. 3:50am we called again and the owner answered, saying she'd had a flat tire and was driving someone else. Without apology, she told us we would have to wait another 20 minutes (outside in the rain at the location we were at...) Sure would have been GREAT to get a phone call or text when she had the flat tire and knew we have a flight to catch. No wonder taxi services are dying and Uber is thriving. Buyer beware! read more

We used these guys to get to Country Crossings Music Festival 3 out of the 4 days after we had a terrible experience trying to get home the first night using the festival shuttle. They were so friendly and reasonably priced. We will definitely call them the next time we are in town. read more

Extremely poor service. Was told after we were dropped off that he was around and would be available when we were finished our supper. Phoned the company for a pick up. Called 20 minutes after the first phone call later to see where the cab was and he said that he thought his driver had already picked us up and dropped us off and sent him on another run. Said he would be there in 20 minutes. 30 minutes later we started walking the 2 miles back to our hotel. This after we had left him a substantial tip on the way to supper. read more
