I have lived at Diamond Valley RV Park since August of 2019. I am very happy with management and all associated with the park. I am a disabled veteran and everytime I go to the office for help or need anything done which I can't handle due to my disability, I get the help I need either the same day or the day after. When the water or electricity has to be turned off when some work has to be done, I am notified and it is accomplished sooner rather than later. I am totally flabbergasted by some of the reviews I have read here. Usually, written by people who do not have a clue that to run a place like this, there has to be rules and regulations and a lot of these people don't follow them. They are either having problems with management or are being evicted for one reason or another such as non payment of rent or not paying on time. I know for fact that they are given chances to get caught up. They even go as far are suing the park when they don't get their way. There is a nice pool which is kept clean, a decent laundry room, a huge dog park which is quite new and they are constantly renovating to make this place look nice. The rent is decent. I have yet to find a place that charges cheaper and get all the amenities offered here. Let's all act like the adults we are. Learn to follow rules and regulations and you won't encounter any problems. I do, and I have yet to get in trouble or threatened by eviction. I don't worry about anything. Most everybody is pretty friendly and try to help one another. Then you have the few that create trouble. Seems like they are not happy unless they are in some sort of trouble. Before you believe in negative reviews, there has to be a reason. It is not fair for these ladies to get bombarded. All they are trying to do is their job and that is to run this park as fairly and safely as possible for the good of the community. This park is ran by women from the middle east who are ruthless. They jack up the electric bill on you paying not only yours but someone else's. They never notify you when they have the utilities shut off if you make them mad the send back your mail the dog park used to be nice but know it's half the size because of the tenants complaining of dog crap no one picks up after there dogs if you help someone they get mad at you for helping them we had 3 deaths in 2 weeks in the summer alot of the trailers they rent are broke down and have no air conditioning one trailer has black mold on the ceiling they won't fix they shut down the pool with out proper notice on 4 the of July the laundry cleaner was given permission to lock you in the laundry room if your there at one minute after closing my German Shepard was banned from the park because another dog large dog that is still living there under his owners trailer which is suppose to be against the law per animal control got loose from his owner who couldn't control him and wounded my 9 month old German Shepard and because I called animal control and they came out to the park and inspected the make shift dog park next to there dumpsters with no water access it got shut down and I was punished I miss Maxie I would not advise ANYONE especially with small children to stay there there is a homeless camp next door and heavy crime there was even a drug dealer living there who worked for them until people got tired of the activity and he was fired but he was let go because he knew to much same as the previous maintenance man know there is no one to take care of emergency and no one on the weekends either there are better places to stay where your family can have a wonderful time with out all the negativity and drama read more

hello everyone ... well it has been 8 months and my stay there has been a pure hell!!! as I am a pastor there , the community had come to me with Several problems and issues always about Amy.. She would holler, argue and make life a pure hell for many of the residents. and everyone would ask for me for advice and help dealing with her. and for months I gave her the chance to change her attitude and behavior with the neighbors. finally .. she sent her illegal worker to take plants from my garden I cared for. when I confronted him he said he obeys her and talk to her. when I called her she came over and while I was trying to explain my issue. She told me to SHUT UP, shut up...that did it I asked her about several illegal and immoral practices and now I see what everyone calls her a nazi!!! she was rude arrogant and downright nasty. she has been overcharging me with my electric and for six months said she would correct.. Never happened. Guess what after the confrontation she started to charge me a parking fee of $35 .. and I had a lease and there was a paper stating both of my cars. and I'm disabled and have handicapped license plates. I then gave notice of leaving and for thirty days she made life miserable!!! things were stolen. tires on both cars were stabbed.. and when I asked for my security. she said she sent it back.. WHERE??? it's been 6 weeks and still no security deposited. So the bottom line , if you need to stay at a place DONT stay there!!! she is a VERY good LIAR... and she will swindle you with all sorts of added expenses. Damond Valley RV Park I've been a resident of Diamond Valley RV Park for quite some time, and I can confidently say that it's been an excellent place to call home. The management, Joy and Mooshi, are incredibly kind and understanding. They truly care about their tenants and have always been fair and approachable. The park itself is simple, with clear and reasonable rules: pay your rent, clean up after your animals, and keep your space tidy. These basic rules make living here easy and stress-free. In all my time here, I've never encountered any issues with neighbors or management. It's a calm, respectful community where everyone is just going about their business. Five years ago, I was a struggling student with poor credit. I never imagined that I'd find a place to live that would take me in, but Diamond Valley Ranch gave me a chance when I needed it most. Since then, I've completed my studies and now earn a solid income. While I have the option to live anywhere I want, I've chosen to stay here because of how safe, quiet, and affordable it is. The amenities are excellent--especially the showers and bathrooms, which are always clean and modern. The water is always hot, a small but important detail that makes a big difference. I'm so grateful to have found this hidden gem. Diamond Valley RV Park truly is a "diamond" in the rough, and it's a place I'm proud to call home. We've lived in Hemet, CA for over 20 years, retired and decided to travel the US for a year or two. Consequently, we had an estate sale and sold our house and moved into the Diamond Valley RV Park in our Montana 5th wheel while we settled everything that needed settling and could leave on our big adventure. Unfortunately, severe medical problems put a huge hold onto our traveling plans, what with all of the medical appointments, and constantly having to go up and down stairs. The end result is that we ended up staying in the park for nearly a full year and I've got to say that it was one of the most pleasant experiences that we've ever had! The management couldn't have been nicer, the park itself has the usual amenities of a pool and Wi-Fi, laundry and clubhouse with a small gym and one of the finest dog parks I've ever seen, but the best part was the people. The park management was great, the maintenance staff kept the place working fine and well painted, the grounds keeping was superb and the other guests, both transient and permanent were nothing less than outstanding. While there, all of the laundry room machines were replaced, as well as the Gym equipment upgraded and a road resurfacing project had just begun as we were preparing to leave. Because of the medical problems, all of the steps required of RV living were just too much and we purchased a home in the nearby town of Hemet and had to leave the park, but we will always have fond memories of our stay there. read more

If your looking for advice on anything and security from the homeless, illegal and/or criminal element, this is the place for you! You have barking neighbors dogs if you love the k-9 bellows. If your an introvert this is the place for you, since visitors are not allowed and made known by no extra parking and the critters of the park report you like children. Not a mature element staying there. They harrassed my disabled family member just trying to help me move. Very discriminatory against disabled people. Office manager using people in the park to do her job, so they can stay there. That is abuse of power. The park owners should be ashamed. That is wrong. Make sure you give names up front to the conspiracy theorist that runs the office. Nepolean syndrome! She is a classy one. Very uncivilized scary park. Hemet showed their true colors before I could give them a chance. Glad I decided NOT to stay. Spent one night....done. I probably would have been robbed in front of the 5 sheriff's, she said lived there. Advice, don't do it, unless you have nothing to lose. As much as I love this place, I was rather surprised today to see a $100 charge on my monthly rent for dog droppings. I not only pick up after my dog, several times before the newly constructed dog park was added here, I took the initiative several times over the last year to grab a shovel and go clean the area still in use by tenants for their dogs to do their business. I had never mentioned that to management for I did not deem it necessary till now. When I asked, who reported this, I was told ,people. I get along with most everyone I've met in this park and a unwarranted accusation like this is not only unfair , but I take it as a personal insult against my character. By the way, I take my dog to Valley Wide Park or Ramona Dog Park most every morning, where my dog does his business and I dispose of properly. The only reason I am writing this, is because I'm a very responsible pet owner, and have been for over 45 years. Improvements yes at low quality. There's no security guard, nobody's there on weekends, weeds always out of control. You can complain to noone but them. The owners should get more involved with the residents to see really whats going on. Bikes get stolen all the time. Camera's dont work. Everytime its someone with a hoddie..They go by what people gossip he said she said.. Good park but management sucks. Unprofessional. Talk to you sweet to come in and then they turn on you. They dont speek they yell like if you we're there kid. Not everything that shines is gold, everyone that talked good about them are people that haven't been there very long.. You have been taking my money for over 3 yrs and you want a new credit check. You let Azar,a.k.a Amy ruin my home . You let me lose my home . You pretended to be my friend when my girlfriend died!! I am a snowbird from Washington state and have been staying at Diamond Valley RV Resort for the last four winters (Nov-Mar). It is managed extremely well and are pleasant to work with. There are no daily rates. The minimum is one week. There is a credit check and it helps keep the park with reliable residents. There are no weeds and the park trees and shrubbery is very well managed and maintained. The laundry room is outstanding and all dryers and washing machines are new. I suggest that those reviews that appear very negative were residents who were asked to leave by management. The park has gotten better each year. The park is close to grocery store (Stater Brothers) and restaurants. read more

This RV Park is in a very dangerous area of San Jacinto and just because it has a locked gate the homeless and the people on drugs still come in because they know the gate code because a lot of the people who live at the park permanently are also drug attic's. There is now homeless sleeping right outside the gate and the management does nothing about it. There is no security over the weekend and management is not available. All I am saying is you really need to do your homework before scheduling a stay at this dump. It looks good on the website but please go visit the area before you schedule a stay there. I have lived here since 1 Nov 2015, since that time I have seen nothing but improvements being made to this park. Being an older park it is in great shape but does need some work that is being taken care of. I have nothing but good things to says about the management and owners since I moved in. They take care of the things that need to be done in a timely manner. I see a few negative reviews and from what I have seen and had to deal with I feel In my opinion they are unjust and are only negative because the people writing them did not get away with there BS. After looking around for RY parks from Arizona, we picked this one, because of the mountain vews, it's gated and has security, beautiful pool and Jacuzzi, cozy clubhouse and clean all around. The price is also reasonable. The staff in the office are very nice and very accessible for questions and made our stay here very pleasant. The landscapes are beautiful also and peaceful all day long. Me and my husband are very picky in where we stay and also meticulous. New management are doing an excellent job! read more

My family and I moved into this park after reviews and have lived here for 3 months now. Founding the park clean and well kept. The staff is friendly and attentive. The neighbors are nice. The park is pet-friendly with a well-kept dog park. My husband and I were unsure about staying in the park but after talking about it we felt at home and have no problem staying.
