It's a secure and peaceful gated community where you can feel safe. The neighbors are friendly and respectful, which adds so much to the overall experience. I really felt very comfortable knowing that property managers Maria and Jessie are truly outstanding--always attentive, proactive, and genuinely caring, from the time I first came to the park, until the time I left. You can tell they take pride in the park and the community. It's rare to find an RV park that feels this safe, organized, and welcoming. Last year's stay was great as always. This year, in March, 2026, I called for my August, 2026, reservation. The person I spoke to was very rude and seemed not willing to help at all. I asked for her named multiple times and she flat REFUSED to tell me her name. I asked who the manager was and she told me Maria was the owner and would NOT tell me anything about Norma. She said I had to call back in May for August. One of the rudest people I've come across in a position of service to the public. I called on May 1, 2026, and was quickly told it was full and no spaces available through the end of the year. Again, I asked for her name, and she would not give it to me. I asked if Norma was available and she said she is no longer at Mission RV. I asked for Maria and she claimed she was busy. For Maria and Jesse: This person needs to be GONE today. She is the worse representative of your once great business and is destroying it with her nasty attitude to long time customers. Do NOT Stay Here, EVER Again.

The ladies in the front office are very nice and helpful. The park itself is very well kept and the bathrooms are tidy and clean. The pool area was great for the kids and our youngest (3 yrs old) could ride his bike all over the place and there was no worries about his safety doing so. They allow dogs, but you would not know that because it is really clean and everyone cleans up after their pets. The front rec room is cool because you can hang out, borrow a book, watch TV or rent a DVD from their collection. The only issue was the wifi was down most of the time we were there, which was a bummer This is a great place to stay and we look forward to staying here again in January for the next tournament Riverside hosts.
