I specifically chose this business because they advertise hand washing, and I wanted to avoid the…read morescratches and swirl marks that automatic car washes can leave--especially on my black 2026 GMC Sierra AT4. After multiple visits, I noticed significant wash marring and swirl marks across the paint that were not present before. An independent professional detailer inspected the truck and advised that it now requires a Level 2 paint correction to restore the finish. What disappointed me even more than the condition of my truck was the complete lack of customer service. I emailed Chris multiple times, left messages, and was told to come in on a specific day because he would be there. After making the trip, he wasn't there, and no one followed up with me. I gave them over a month to address my concerns before posting this review. When I finally received a response, all responsibility was denied. Instead of acknowledging my concerns or attempting to find a solution, I was told that black paint naturally has microscopic scratches and that they were not responsible. I understand that black paint requires extra care--that's exactly why I paid for a hand wash service in the first place. I wasn't looking for an argument. I was looking for accountability and customer service. Unfortunately, I received neither. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business.
