My wife's car is tinted with XPEL ceramic tint, which really seems to knock the radiated Arizona sun down. I searched for XPEL tint and found Clear Cut Glass. I gave 'em a call and was quickly scheduled. Upon arrival, I was surprised at how beautiful the lobby was and it had lots of nice displays for both home and auto glass. Sarah showed me the different options and tints available in EXPEL. The display made making the choice easy! We then discussed what I wanted to tint. I have a large Ford Expedition, so it was side windows for thee rows of seating and the back glass. I was a little concerned that the rear tint would be damaged by the defrosters, but was told that the tint wouldn't be damaged. And if it were, the warranty would cover it. In addition, have a very large sunroof that extends most of the length of the vehicle. I asked if would be beneficial to do that as well, and was told that it would offer additional protection and that they could take care of that as well for a little extra. So off she went with my vehicle around to the back. I decided to wait for my vehicle while it was tinted. I was using my laptop in the waiting area and was invited into the conference room so that I could use the table. I thought that was a nice touch. In two short hours, the vehicle was done. The tint looks factory new with no workmanship issues that I saw. I look forward to a cooler summer ahead because of Clear Cut Glass! The whole crew was stellar! read more

This morning Christian from @clearcutglassaz installed a table top 1/4" clear annealed, custom sheet of glass cut into 4 pieces with polished edges to line up exactly with our solid dark Cherrywood Oriental dining table we inherited from my parents with two removable leaves. He took a detailed measurement a few weeks ago of the oval-shaped table and here is the final product! I cannot recommend this business enough! First guy (Tyson) awesome positive honest man - but unfortunately the window had a defect unseen until I drove which was of course right at driver's line of sight. So they came back out, experienced Tad with a long history of know-how, then had Christopher come back next business day to replace - great windshield as far as I've witnessed so far and done to perfection. Insurance companies recommend this company. And I even paid out of pocket with my skepticism of having just moved over to a new auto insurance company but also with having heard of a windshield claim history from my prior company. They say in AZ how frequent these windshields need replacing. But atleast now, even as expensive as it is, for repairs or replacements, using insurance or paying out of pocket, I know who can take care of it at a reasonable price and do a good job. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. I would give negative stars if possible. You have been warned! So, I needed by windshield replaced on my Tesla Model Y. They advised they would call me. After waiting 3 or more weeks, the break in my glass was really starting to spread. I called them. A secretary said, "Oh ! I'm sorry, the glass arrived but it was broken." I said, "Couldn't you have called like you said you would and at least told me this?" "Oh you're right, we will call when it arrives but it will probably be about another two weeks." I do not blame them one bit for Tesla taking so long to deliver a new windshield, however they could at least call. Next, the glass arrives a couple of weeks later and I'm scheduled. The tech arrives at my house. While he was replacing my glass, he broke my sunroof. Their manager (I think) said, "it was a mistake and that he was applying too much pressure. We will replace it but it will be another couple of weeks." I found this very honest of them. While I was annoyed that this typically mundane ordeal would continue to drag on for more time due to sloppiness on their part, I found it commendable they were proactive in their honesty and offered to replace (as they should but many companies probably wouldn't even do this). I'm sure they felt liable on some level. A couple weeks later the sunroof arrives. They called and scheduled me to come out to the their shop in Glendale. After waiting about two hours, the sunroof was replaced. I get in the car, and notice oily hand marks, and some type black smudge adhesive on the headliner of my car. Commentary: I'm noticing a trend with this company--they are sloppy and pay ZERO attention to fine details. Something that should have been resolved weeks ago was now taking over two months to complete LOL! So, I immediately let management know. They advised "oh that's not good" and took it to the back of the shop to clean. The car returns after their "clean up", and parts of my headliner had been scratched off. The office manager and what appears to be a senior secretary-type with him, begin to not take any ownership for what happened to my headliner and insinuate that it was not there before lol--as if I had to have been the one that had done it previously LOL! I then told them my Tesla records the interior of the car and I can easily produce a time stamped video showing my driving to their shop, absent any of the mess they left on my headliner--they relented and only then, seemed to show a shred of accountability. How absurd is it that they would hint that that the damage was there before and state that "we don't have black adhesives." I promptly told them that smudge was definitely not there, and had I not had them replace my sunroof, it would have NEVER been there. I told them, I don't want your money or to sue, I just want my car to look like it did before my windshield was cracked and I had anything to do with your crap company. The office manager apologized but they had already burned their bridge insinuating they were not responsible. Anything they stated after that, I don't care for. Further, why would I want to work with a company that everytime they touch my car, SOMETHING NEGATIVE HAPPENS. Thanks, but NO THANKS! I am currently discussing this ordeal with my insurance and will update the review to include any noteworthy further details. Due to their lack of skill (namely attention to detail) and professionalism; a simple windshield replace caused hours of wasted time, money, and a dissatisfied client that would NEVER recommend this place. It's so bad I am taking time to write a thorough review like this. STAY AWAY FROM CLEAR CUT AUTO GLASS!! **UPDATE** Lol at this "employee" below now blaming that black smudge on a 10 month old lol! No other "children" are in my car, EVER. FWIW, I have time stamped video showing it was not there when driving to the shop. I have now seen and read it ALL! Keep in mind, the baby's car seat is behind the passenger side. The black smudge was behind the driver's side. Once again, they have provided a NEW gross conspiracy that my 10 month old likely had something to do with adhesives on my headliner. That is some magical BABY I have lol! With all due respect Madam Secretary, after the crappy level of service I have experienced with you and the company you work for, why would any reasonable person take you up on a further offer lol? Jennifer was in contact with me from start to finish. Setting my appointment and dropping off was easy. I was offered water if I chose to wait. I had a friend picking me up so I declined, but that was thoughtful. Once it was ready I was sent a text. Once there I was given directions for care, a can of glass cleaner and my keys. My State Farm Agent recommended them to repair a chip in my windshield. Called them four times and their phone automatically answers after one ring then does nothing - no greeting, no voice mail option, just noise like they answered and placed the phone on their desk. Everyone was nice enough. I broke my kitchen window and had a few other windows that had seals broken and water got in between the panes making them all cloudy and gross... I had them come out to measure the windows so that they could replace them. Guy came out the next day to do the measurements. He was awesome. The next step was after he goes back interns in the measurements I should get a call back with estimates. If ice it should be a couple days. It has now been 10 days and no one has called me back. I'm sitting here with a broken kitchen window with about an inch gap where it won't close. I will never use this company. I'm going to probably call Anderson windows or something. Insurance referral; To replace 3 house windows. First appt we missed. Their rep called and said that their tech had measured one of the windows. We resch on Apr 17 for April 20 an 8 am - 12 window. I talked to the girl for 4 minutes when I resch the appt. April 20 I called the company at 11:45 to ask where the tech was as I had not had a 30 minute call. She said, "yes I see you are on the sch let me call to see where the techs are... " I was put on hold and when she came back she said we were not on the sch. Umm...She proceeded to explained their scheduling system. I tried to reschedule for Apr 24 between 8-9 or 9-10. The girl said it had to be a 2 hour window. I explained we had waited 4 hours today. To either give us a 1 hour Window or we would need to find another glass company. Her reply, "then you'll need to find another glass company we have to have a 2 hour window". These people were sent out by Brenda Mendoza State Farm agency to replace our windshield on our 2014 Honda CRV. I was immediately not impressed with 5he appearance of the technician nor his 'service vehicle', but thought, 'looks aren't everything'. Boy was I wrong! Thus clown did not remove the wiper blades or cowling prior to removing/changing the windshield, and in the process damaging the cowling. Clear Cut Glass manager Julie (?), as well as Brenda Espinoza tried to claim: "it was damage from the sun", which I told both they were totally wrong. I had washed the vehicle the day before and I would have noticed something like that. The damning aspect for both State Farm and Clear Cut, is I have security cameras around my property that caught the whole 'repair' on crystal clear digital video. I demanded from State Farm that Clear Cut....NOT....be involved with the repair of damage they did to our vehicle, other than financially. read more

I had a crack in my windshield and my insurance company gave me a few options of glass companies. The first company I called never called back so I went with Clear Cut Glass and I am SO glad I did. From the time I entered the door until I left, the customer service was outstanding. The facility itself is beautiful which made it so comfortable to wait for my windshield replacement. I turned in my keys in and expected to be at the shop for 2 hours but my car was done in just less than an hour! The secretary had a car ready for me if I wanted to go do errands, but I decided to stay there and was allowed to work in the conference room. I was offered water, and had a big table and the space to myself. Before my car was worked on, the manager showed me some wear on parts of my car related to my previous windshield replacement to be sure I knew they occurred prior to the service here. The technician was actually able to repair the damage that had been done by my previous glass installer and I really appreciated the integrity of their work from beginning to end. My windshield is beautiful! The staff here was very friendly and helpful.
