Well, someone screwed the pooch today. When I was here last week, they scheduled me for today at 11:00 for clear-tinting of my Windshield. Well, I get here at 10:50, and I was greeted with some surprise. And, I was told that the tech had gone to lunch. :-( Luckily, they go get something, and come back. So, maybe a 30 minute delay. So, either the guy who scheduled my appointment failed to let the tech know. Or, no one bothered to look at the Appointment Book (I saw the guy write it in; and the guy today did see it. But, with no one to do the work, doesn't do much good). Still, they do great work, and deserve 5 Stars for it. But, this isn't the first scheduling issue that I have had with them. And, I will continue to use them in the future. read more

Poor service. I booked an appointment a week in advance which they provided a 2-3 window to show up. The day of, I called and asked if they would be able to make it closer to 3. When they called back, they simply advised the tech cancelled my appointment and I would need to wait 2 more weeks to reschedule. They could have just advised the original appointment time could not be moved and asked if I wanted to keep it but they took the liberty to instead cancel and lose my business. read more

I called and made an appointment a week prior for an estimate on sun screens. On the day of the appointment, I waited an hour past the appointment time before calling. They said their technician was running late and would hopefully be able to come later in the afternoon. I was not home that afternoon, so I rescheduled for two days later. On the second appointment date, I waited 90 minutes after the appointment time before I called to see where the technician was. They said he has lost his phone and didn't have any way to use his GPS to get to my home. Regardless, no phone calls were made to me and I wasted my time waiting for the technicians on two different occasions. I have decided to look for another company. read more

I love the work they did on my car. Now the blinds they did for my home is a different story. Great service for the most part but the blinds we ordered were not the blinds delivered and installed. They were over a week late and was told the day before install. If you need window tint definitely check this place out but I would probably go somewhere else for the blinds. read more

Rescheduled four times!! The very first appointment the tint was installed incorrectly because the technician didn't know what he was doing or how to install it. So I was rescheduled three extra times, and every time I showed up the technician who knew how to install the product called in sick. This company should not sell product which they do not know how to install. Better yet don't reschedule me three separate times and have me waste my time and come back there and the technician does not show up on Saturdays to take care of the customer. The fourth time I showed up on a Tuesday during the week thinking that the technician would be there because it was a weekday and the technician would show up. Nope, he called in again!! LOL. I'm done with this company and you guys shouldn't waste your time. I got a refund and went to Avondale Auto Glass. The job was done right and done once in 2 hours. I had to pay $50 extra to remove the shit job Glass Tinting Plus installed. Do Not Use this Company!! read more

Perfect experience! Came by a few times for information and everyone was very helpful. They have a range of products to choose from. I did the front 2 side windows on my care and they were done professionally, quickly, and look great. The tint makes a huge difference in the Arizona Sun. Tinted my 4 door Hyundai Sonata with the 3M film for a decent price. Looks amazing changed the total look of my vehicle.

They did both our home and car windows. Dealing with them multiple times they were consistently courteous, punctual, and very reliable. The product itself was applied in a timely manner and as a finished product looked as if the windows came tinted from the factory and not as an after market application. There was one home window that had a bubble.. We were told to wait a short period of time to give it a chance to smooth out on its own. When the time was up the bubble was still there. They promptly scheduled and replaced the film on that window with the same professionalism we experienced previously. I feel very comfortable recommending them to friends and family, knowing they will be very satisfied all the way around. As an added bonus their pricing is very reasonable. read more

I noticed the advertisement on this guy's truck and ask him for a card when I was picking up my kid from school. I wanted to tint my dad's truck windows so I took him there and they took care of everything. The shop was clean and the service was very professional I could have asked for more. In fact they had more then I even asked for and will more than likely be back to have the rest of my vehicle serviced. I called and told them what I wanted. They gave me a price and told me any percent tint. When I got there the guy said that they only have three options of tint for that price and he also said it would be more than what the lady originally told me on the phone. I told him how much they told me on the phone and then said ok. When I went to pick the car up and got home I noticed that I couldn't open my car from the inside, they broke the door handle. They also did not clean the interior door panels and left a sticky mess. They also didn't install the tint correctly on one window. For the price they charge, I would expect a profesional job but that definitely wasn't what I got. First time I go to this shop and also the last time. Amateurs do a better job than this so called "profesional" shop. read more

DO NOT GET YOUR CAR TINTED FROM THIS PLACE!!! If there are any damages, they will not let you know until you find it. I just bought my vehicle BMW 530i and got my car tinted. I notice a blade scratch deep on my wood grain when I picked it up. I quickly went back to the shop and a Jesus took a picture of the damage and said Victor will call me to discuss the damage. Jesus also noticed that my car was not wiped down from the solution and said sorry let me take your car back and complete what we are supposed to do. Victor called me today and he said that his worker said he did not put a deep scratch mark of a blade on my vehicle. And it is basically my work against his. Really? And there is NOTHING HE CAN DO FOR ME. Have you... I gave this place one more chance after they tinted my first car back in 2019. I got a notice from my tracking system that my car has been stolen and traveling from Avondale to Goodyear. I called Amazon Window Tinting and they said, yes... it is currently being driven to Goodyear. I said, I did not get a call from your company and did not give permission to drive my car. I was asked from a worker to please do not review this incident. I am an understanding person and washed it under the rug. So I gave them another chance and took my daughter's BMW there, and they damaged her front bumper guard by driving it on the parking guard. When my daughter picked it up, they did not say anything to her and my husband. Until she heard something dragging on the bottom of her vehicle. I returned the car and Victor took it back and tried to fix it and the worker admitted he did run my daughter's car on the parking guard. As I drove off, it still was not fixable and continued to hang because the piece was so broken even Victor fixing it did not help. We just decided to take it off and took an "L" on this one. With all that is going on in this world, I was trying to continue to support the business but after I spoke to Victor and he bluntly said, his worker's word against mine and there is nothing he can do for me, that is where I draw the line and decided to finally do a review. Take your own risk coming to this place or at least check their work or any damages to your vehicle before you leave. Had them put a clear bra on a dodge ram after calling around and finding they had the best price and a 7 yr warranty vs the 5 year that everyone else offered. While installing, they found some small orange paint spray on my hood that they could not clean off before installation and called and told me so. They were willing to take it over to the car wash and have them clay bar it off so I could get the best result possible. While I wish the clear film wrapped under the hood for complete coverage, I can't complain with the price, a 7 yr warranty, or the extra time they took to get my car clayed and have the job done right. He then says, "can you just wait for her?" Politely we say yes, we've been still sitting here for the past 10 minutes with no clue what's going on. I had a very pleasant experience working with Brad and his crew! They tinted two of my cars and their work is phenomenal and professional! They back their work with a lifetime warranty so that really relieves me. Keep in mind, it's the tint that the warranty covers, not other company windows or human error. Everything was efficient, the wait time was super reasonable and spot on. Their prices very reasonable and I paid what they quoted me at the beginning. They explained to me everything about their products and services as well as the process of tinting, all my questions were answered! All the details in between were covered, even the installer asked me how I wanted the tint which is a plus! The installer and Brad gave me some helpful tips and advice when deciding how the car should be tinted. I'm a cautious guy so I consider every review and pictures before taking a chance with a new establishment. I'm actually surprised with the lack of reviews they have considering the amount of customers they get. ok so as far as window tinting goes they do a good job. you really need to keep an eye on the rest of your car though. they had a huge guy tinting my 2003 Honda and he broke the clips that hold my back seat cushion down. when I brought it to there attention they completely refused to take any responsibility for it. I have referred 3 people here but after this experience never again. $5 in parts and a were sorry and this could have been resolved.
