When I replied "$500-$600," I was barely able to finish my sentence before being cut off with "nooooo, nooooo, that's not possible." Initial Visit 11/30/19: I found Diane Bridal through Instagram and the Black Friday Sample Sale caught my eye. I was able to make an appointment online. It was a small place with so many beautiful dresses when I walked in. I really enjoyed the environment because it was so intimate and personable. Michelle was very pleasant and patient with my mom and I while we were looking through the rack. I had inquired about the sample sale and Michelle informed me that was an option. After trying a few dresses, we came across THE dress. Due to the quality of the dress, the sample price was actually more than what I had anticipated. Michelle was able to work with us -- new dress, in the color my mom wanted (sample was champagne, mom wanted white), exchanged one liner for a more sparkly one, and custom to my size -- for $200 more than then sample price. It was something we couldn't refuse. I decided to get the dress. With the purchase of the dress, Michelle also added in a free headpiece. Picking up Dress 1/25/20: Wow. This dress is perfect. I had actually lost weight since the initial fitting and the dress still fit perfectly. The quality and the price of this beat my top contending dress at David's Bridal ($1400 dress, not including alternations). You have got to try this place out. UPDATED REVIEW [7/12/2020]: My friend picked up the dress she ordered, and we were SO disappointed. They ordered the dress from a designer abroad (I assume in China), and it was a far cry from the dress she tried on at Diane Bridal, the sleeves and the top portion of the dress did not fall in the same places, and the corset in the back looked COMPLETELY different. We were so bummed, as the dress in the store was beautiful and exactly what she was looking for. In addition, when we called the store, no one picked up! If you're reading these comments, Diane Bridal, we would like this problem FIXED. We ordered a dress expecting to receive the same dress as what we tried, but instead it came out awkward looking and different than the dress in store. DO NOT purchase from this store unless you can get the one you want straight off the rack! -- I took a friend to Diane Bridal after finding it on Yelp. I was a little hesitant since there weren't many ratings, but it completely exceeded our expectations! It's pretty difficult to find wedding dresses that aren't low cut and revealing, but Diane Bridal has so many great options! Michelle was great and helped us through the entire process. All of their dresses are custom made (except a few that are samples off the rack), so they are made to your measurements. The prices were so low compared to other bridal shops I went to (especially since you won't really have to tailor it much after the purchase). In addition, they had a special going on that cut prices even lower. Michelle offered us a free accessory to go with the dress as well. One little thing to be aware of: shop is not visible from the street view, and you'll need to walk into a little courtyard area behind some buildings to see it. It's upstairs. read more

Made an appointment, was called by an associate to confirm my appointment. Showed up 15 min prior to the appointment and the salesperson comes out, looks my sister up and down when we tell her we have an appointment and tells her we don't. Doesn't ask for name or anything. I tell her my name and that I confirmed my time yesterday and she tells me I'm wrong. Then I guess she remembers and says I can come back in an hour if I want because she already gave my time to someone she thought was me! We drove 30 miles for this appointment! Felt very unwelcomed with the way she addressed us at the beginning, would NEVER EVER recommend anyone to go here. No one should feel like a 2nd hand citizen, especially when prepping for your wedding day. Later Michelle calls me to come back (I'm assuming now that her other client has left) and apologizes for the mistake and ask me to come back. While I appreciate the gesture of trying to make it right, you don't treat people rudely and expect a "sorry" and an offer of a discount to fix it. read more

My experience at Diane's Bridal was amazing! It was the type of experience you see on TV. Diane was very professional patient and listened to my wants! She offered wonderful suggestions and advice and I could not be happier! I did not think I was going to find my dress when I went in but as soon as I entered the shop I had a feeling I would not be leaving empty-handed. The gowns are beautiful custom and unique. I love the private one on one appointment that allowed me to really take my time in finding what would be the perfect dress. I thought the dress was perfect I wanted some more bling and rhinestones and Diane knew exactly what to do! She's currently working on my dress adding some more bling around the neckline and adding a bling belt! I felt like I was at Kleinfeldt in NY. I'm so excited to see the final product after her additions and alterations. I will post pictures when I pick it up! Oh and by the way the price was so reasonable! I received a beautiful dress for under $800... I also was able to get a beautiful matching veil, and My free gift was a beautiful crystal hairpiece! I'm so pleased with Diane's Bridal!!! I LOVED that they were unique. When I tried on the dresses I was told to keep an open mind with prices and style so I expected the prices to be 1500-6000$... But NO!!! the prices were 400-1000 which were in my price range... So while I was in the shop I tried on this last dress and I just knew it was the one. Me and my aunt cried. I was completely blown away by the outstanding care and service I received here. This is such a sweet hidden gem for brides everywhere. The selection for dresses were not overwhelming and the prices were amazing. I was fortunate enough to fit into the majority of the sample dresses because my size is normally 6 or 8. So I was able to get an unbelievable deal . The dress selection is amazing for any type of dress style you are looking for. I was able to try on as many dresses as I liked and the owner was so attentive and sweet to me and my entire group. I was able to walk out with a gorgeous dress that shows the work and detail that was put into it. I would highly suggest this place for a bride on a budget. I could try sample dresses with good quality and nice price in Diane Bridal. That was the highlight for the searching. Michelle was a very smart sells lady, throughout the process, she made her customer feel that she was very understanding and patient. However, the actual custom dress was not as the same, in terms of quality, as the one tried in the shop. Though she took the measurements, the size was too small to fit. Also, the dress is not comfortable to wear up because the wrong size. Something is a highlight, which is their speed of completing the custom product, the shop offered me quicker final product than original date. Though it's understandable to not to try the final dress during quarantine time, I am still hoping it is not the excuse for discovering a poor dress right at the spot. Michelle did nicely offer my friend and I hair pieces. Need an appointment. The original dress is really beautiful and good in quality, would highly suggest you to buy the original sample dress from the shop if you are buying with them. Small business is not easy, so I tried to offer a fair review to let you consider your choice with them. read more
