Camille was truly the best - she took the time to get to know me, my family and bridal party that were with me, what I was looking for, what I had already tried on. Every step of the process she was so attentive and patient. The day of my appointment (after two back to back weekends of pretty underwhelming dress appts), I had tried on a few and liked a few aspects of the dresses pulled. The last dress of the day is when Camille pulled out THE ONE! At this point I decided to think about it as I was overthinking if this was truly the dress and she was so kind and understanding. I didn't feel pressured to purchase right then and there. I ended up booking the "The One" appointment for the following weekend and again, Camille, the staff, everything was perfect and I finally said yes to the dress! Lex helped me with measurements and ordering, answered all my questions, and made me feel confident moving forward with securing the dress. I cannot thank Love and Lace enough and can't wait to pick up my dress later this year for my Jan. 2027 wedding!

This bridal salon ended up being the only one I went to, I found my perfect dress with the help of Lex. She truly made my experience amazing. I wish I could go back just to hang out with her! I came into the salon with a list of dresses that I had previously viewed on their website, Lex pulled them right out for me and we got to work! She had also pulled some different designs just so I could see how I looked in them, which I did end up loving! At the end of my first visit, I fell in love with two different dresses. Again, it was also my first bridal salon that I had visited so far, so I was still planning on checking out other places. After telling Lex that I wanted to sleep on it/check out other places she was totally understanding and didn't "pressure" me like a lot of other places I've heard. I could not stop thinking about one of the dresses I tried on at my first fitting, so I made my follow up appointment (obviously with Lex) and boom! Wedding dress secured! BEST experience ever I wish I could do it all over again.

When we all got back and walked in, we were greeted by Hailey. She was so bubbly and genuinely excited to help my daughter find the dress. She was incredibly sweet and spoke to my daughter, Anyssa, in such a sincere and warm way that it immediately made her feel comfortable. Since I work in customer service myself, I can easily recognize when someone goes above and beyond and Hailey absolutely did. My sister and everyone with us agreed. Hailey, you are in the right job. God truly placed you exactly where you're meant to be right now. It was clear that you weren't doing this for the commission or for what you might gain from the sale. You were doing it because you understood what this moment meant to my daughter. That meant everything to us. I would 100% recommend you to anyone looking for their wedding dress not just because of the bridal shop, but because of you. I truly hope you are recognized for the amazing job you do. She even pulled dresses I wouldn't have chosen myself, one of which became my dress. The hospitality, including sparkling wine and a beautiful try-on space, made it a truly special experience. Unfortunately, my presentation appointment this past weekend was very different. I invited my maid of honor and future mother-in-law since it was just my mom and I during my initial dress shopping appointment. I expected a similar, celebratory moment, but it felt more like a quick errand. We were placed in a small back room, the appointment felt rushed, and there was little of the hospitality I experienced before. The biggest issue was trying on my dress. It didn't fit, which was stressful and disappointing, but obviously no one's fault. That said, I wish the staff had taken a more discreet and thoughtful approach, like adjusting or clipping the dress before bringing my guests in. Instead, my guests were brought in while the dress was visibly unfastened, and the conversation focused on fit issues. I was also asked about my weight in front of everyone, which felt uncomfortable and could have been handled more privately. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, especially compared to such a strong first impression. I still love my dress and hope this was just a one-off, and that the alterations process will be more positive. I'd just recommend managing expectations and not treating the presentation appointment as a special occasion for guests.

Their hours were a little unclear online and I had to wait a couple days for a response at times (usually because they were still waiting on something), but overall a wonderful experience!

The owner never introduced herself; she just sort of stared at us the whole time, in an uncomfortable way. Sharon was my consultant, and she was pleasant enough, but I also echo the sentiments that it's unusual for this place not to help you get your dress on, that you hang them back up yourself, and that it's just not on the same service level as the 4 other salons I visited. They don't offer water, tea, etc., nothing to drink, while all 4 other salons would offer water or a soda at a minimum. I had one other appointment earlier in the day, which I ultimately went back to to purchase my dress, despite Jaclyn's also carrying my dress. Jaclyn's price was $700 more for the exact same dress, but even if it had been the same price, I wouldn't have purchased from here based on the service. I get the feeling that the service would be better if you were walking in here with a very large budget. Just an underwhelming experience.

My wedding was scheduled for September 2024 abroad, and I was genuinely excited to visit Panache based on a recommendation from a trusted source. My dress was designed by Estee Couture, and I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received on all ends. I left the store feeling more stressed than happy, and even on the final day of my fitting, I had unresolved issues. Unfortunately, I had no choice but to accept the situation as my flight was just two days after my last fitting. My measurements were taken, and I expressed my concerns, but I found myself having to follow up repeatedly for updates. I would text and call my assistant, Kiersten, only to receive vague reassurances, yet it became clear that nothing had been communicated to the designer or seamstress when I asked them myself in person. The custom sleeves I had ordered did not hold up on my wedding day; they completely snapped and fell off during cocktail hour. Additionally, the gathered fabric at the front of the dress was not addressed by the designer. Although the seamstress, Meryl, made an effort to fix the situation, her options were limited, and the issue remained unresolved. She informed me that the designer was aware of the problem, but no action was taken. I am dissatisfied with both Estee, the designer, and the service I received at Panache. Considering the investment made at panache I would expect better service, communication, and attention to details. Despite any internal challenges they may have faced, the staff did not fulfill their responsibilities or deliver the expected results. I will add that I spoke with multiple managers regarding my concerns, (Pasadena location too) and while I appreciate that we ultimately came to a solution where the dress will be cleaned and preserved on their behalf, it doesn't change the fact that the dress itself was not in the condition it should have been.

shoutout to meral for saving me from a stressful experience, aka bridesmaid dress tailoring! i had…read moreordered my dress online with custom measurements, and it still came in all wrong. the wedding was in less than a month so i immediately went online and found meral. she was able to squeeze me in during the evening after work to take my measurements and dress, which i was so thankful for. she provided her suggestions for the dress in terms of the draping and the slit height, and she was able to work her magic so quickly! i got my dress back in less than two weeks and it fit perfectly. the pricing was very reasonable as well, while also considering her disclosure that velvet is typically much harder to work with for most seamstresses (but clearly she had no problem!). she also had a bunch of gorgeous wedding dresses she had created on display in her workroom, so it was very admirable to see the clear care and detail she puts into her work. 10/10, would definitely recommend her to anyone who needs a dress altered!

As we excitedly go up to the store, Chia greets us and I tell her when my wedding date is (Beginning of next October) and Chia says that it's too early to be looking for dresses and suggests us to look elsewhere like David's Bridal and such and try on dresses there, then come back when I know what I'm looking for. Chia then hands us her business card and we had to ask if we can still look at all the dresses and try them on, but after her rude dismissal, we just left since we felt unwanted there. The reviews here of her were splendid on Yelp; however, our experience was such a big disappointment and we decided to go to other bridal places. Definitely suggest going elsewhere :(

I was actually referred to Chia by another seamstress who was not taking new clients at the time I…read morecalled her. Chia turned out to be wonderful and very skilled at her profession. Being a designer and dressmaker herself allows her to understand the intricate construction of wedding gowns. On my first meeting with Chia, I told her what changes I wanted to make to my dress and she also made her own suggestions, which I followed. After our consultation, she calculated everything and allowed me to make the decision of whether or not I wanted to proceed. I didn't feel pressured at all and found her prices to be pretty reasonable. I made an appointment with Chia to return in about one month for my first fitting. When I came back I expected my dress to be almost completed (Chia mentioned she usually does 2 or 3 fittings and then the final fitting) but I found out that Chia likes to work in stages on your dress. This allows her to make adjustments to your taste as she continues working without having to redo something or make corrections. The one change I made towards the end of the process was to make the neckline of my dress more sweetheart. I brought in photos as an example and she was able to make the alteration perfectly. These are the alterations Chia made for me: tightening the bust, adding bust cups, sweetheart neckline, shortening the length, tightening the dress under my booty (I had a fit and flare style) and adding a bustle. The resulting dress fit like a glove and I did not have to worry about adjusting my dress the whole day. Looking back, the only thing I would have changed was the thickness of the bust cups she added. I kept insisting to Chia I wanted to "enhance" my chest so she added the extra thick bust cups but I think it caused the bust to gap away from my chest a bit. It wasn't noticeable looking at me from the front but it was from the side (and consequently in some of our photos). However, I wouldn't fault Chia for this because I was persistent and she was trying to make me happy. I would highly recommend Chia because she is very detail oriented and takes pride in her work. Overall, I think I had 4 or 5 fittings total before I was able to bring my dress home (about 2 weeks before our wedding date). She is also quite accommodating to your schedule and was always able to see me in the evenings after work, around 6:00pm or 6:30pm. Tip: Each fitting lasts about 30-45 minutes and make sure to always bring the undergarments and shoes you'll wear on your wedding day.
