I'll admit I don't go to the dentist often, so this was a bit overwhelming. I had never had a crown before and asked what it involved, but the staff seemed irritated by my questions and didn't fully explain the process. The dentist began the procedure, numbing me and starting to drill, but then abruptly stopped mid-treatment and told me she couldn't continue without administering nitrous oxide. I was then walked to the front desk--while still drooling--to be charged an additional $500 on the spot. To make matters worse, the temporary cap she gave me broke after just two months. I ended up going to Luxe Dental (in the same building), where they made me a new crown that has held up well. To be fair, the office itself is nice and clean--but overall, I wouldn't recommend this dentist based on my experience. This is all after roughly paying $5000.

They quoted me a whopping $6k for invisalign and my teeth are not even that bad. I didnt even pay that much for my original invisalign. Then I decided to settle with invisalign retainers from them- called them several times and emailed them to try to get these. I spoke to the manager and she told me to be patient. Its been 6 months since my cleaning and havent heard back from them. Dont understand how patient I need to be... I transferred my care to another dental office and recieved my retainers within a week.

When everything went wrong, Dr. Kimura worked with me to fix the damage and save the tooth. He was patient, honest, compassionate, and incredibly skilled. The relief I felt after seeing him again was unbelievable. He took a horrible situation and made it right. My husband has also been seeing Dr. Kimura for many years, and at this point he feels like family to us. It's rare to find a dentist you can genuinely trust, but Dr. Kimura is one of those people. He does excellent work, never pushes unnecessary treatment, and truly cares about his patients. I developed an extremely painful, very swollen, pus-filled dental abscess late last month, and called Fuller Smiles to see if they could have me come in that day to have it get evaluated or drained. I was told by the receptionist that no one could see me same day, and since it was a Friday I could check back on Monday. The abscess was swollen and painful and if left untreated can cause more infection, loss of the tooth, and sepsis, and I pointedly asked the receptionist so I can't be seen even if it's an abscess and a dental emergency? To which the receptionist replied no and asked me to check back three days later when they're open again on Monday. Of course, I found a different facility and got it drained that day and was confirmed by the other dentist of the abscess. I then went back to this Fuller Smiles a few days later to get it evaluated by Dr. Katie, my usual dentist, and she did a CT scan for me and referred me to an endodontist. I called the receptionist at Fuller Smiles today and asked if the results of my CT scan could be sent to the endodontist or to myself to show the endodontist so they could get a complete picture of what's going on. The receptionist then tried to tell me I didn't get a CT scan done, when I know I did because I was literally in the machine getting it done a few weeks ago. I then told her the date of the test and she found the record but then told me she couldn't send it over to me because of software issues, even though it is my legal right to get a copy of my imaging tests. I asked her how the endodontist would be able to evaluate me then without having my test results and she basically told me to get another repeat CT scan done there, without any regard to any unnecessary radiation exposure that would mean or if insurance would cover it. Overall I thought the dentists here were great, but Jackie at the front desk was very unsympathetic and unhelpful, and I am considering taking my business elsewhere just so I don't have to deal with her anymore.

One tooth broke, several of my lower teeth have a more yellowish color after the installation because of the cement, and I also have a large gap between my teeth. The doctor refused to redo or fix these issues. He wanted to fix them only for an additional fee. I paid in cash, and they promised to send me a receipt by email, but I never received it. One day, I came to their office because they were ignoring me regarding the receipt. I told them that I wanted to take legal action. Dr. Nima Astaraee personally told me that I would not be able to prove that the work was done at their clinic and that they would not give me a receipt. His administrators were witnesses to this conversation. One of them was Era Kayla, who helped with signing the agreement and was also involved in the situation regarding the receipt. My wife was also a witness. I do not recommend this clinic!
