I strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND going to this clinic, specifically Dr. Nima Astaraee. I had 20 veneers done by him. One tooth broke, several of my lower teeth have a more yellowish color after the installation because of the cement, and I also have a large gap between my teeth. The doctor refused to redo or fix these issues. He wanted to fix them only for an additional fee. I paid in cash, and they promised to send me a receipt by email, but I never received it. One day, I came to their office because they were ignoring me regarding the receipt. I told them that I wanted to take legal action. Dr. Nima Astaraee personally told me that I would not be able to prove that the work was done at their clinic and that they would not give me a receipt. His administrators were witnesses to this conversation. One of them was Era Kayla, who helped with signing the agreement and was also involved in the situation regarding the receipt. My wife was also a witness. I do not recommend this clinic! read more

I'm extremely picky, especially when it comes to my teeth, and before choosing this place I honestly looked everywhere and consulted with more than one doctor. I'm so happy I chose them. I haven't even finished my final veneers yet, but my experience has already been amazing. Dr. Nima is incredibly talented, patient, and genuinely such a nice person. Liz has been so helpful throughout the whole process, and everyone there is welcoming and friendly. The office itself is beautiful, luxurious, extremely clean, and makes you feel comfortable the moment you walk in. What I appreciate most is that they truly listen. My experience with Dr Nima, putting it mildly, was horrific! Worst experience of my life! I found him to be impatient, rude, unprofessional and totally disrespectful! I wouldn't refer him to my worst enemy. After 4 visits to get my permanent arch, it doesn't fit right. I now have to go to another dentist to have it fixed. On top of which, he refuses to refund money paid him from my dental insurance, which should have been sent to me. I had to pay him in full the first day of procedures. I experienced a fall at 6 in the morning and panic found a dentist that would see me. I should start by saying that I am terrified of the dentist and avoid them at all cost, however, I'm so thankfully I came to Luxr Dental. I was seen over 3 days to perform all necessary corrections. The first day, an emergency root canal was done and stopped the pain. I am vain and was concerned by my appearance however they installed a temporary tooth until my crown was ready. The third day is when I installed my crown and a veneer so that my front teeth match and to avoid Invisalign. OK, I was referred here by someone who is a friend of the dentist so I didn't care how all the reviews were obviously fake as none of them really mention what issues they had and just mention the view. When I got in the office, a guy was sitting on the reception without a mask, so I didn't want to walk in. He told me to get in the room so I thought whatever I will just walk in, only to see him stand up holding his mask in his hand to follow me inside. He was the dentist. He was extremely rude when my xrays were taken. Kept putting the thing you're supposed to bite in weird positions in my mouth which hurt the top of my mouth, in a ways that were impossible to bite, and kept them too long there even when the xray was taken that made me feel violated. When I asked to see what part I am supposed to bite to understand next time, he said "just bite when I tell you to bite" in a pervy way. I can't believe I kept sitting after that. After looking at the xrays, he told me that he can pull the teeth if I want to. To this point he never asked me why I was even there, I didnt even understand why the xrays were taken and he was very negligent to my questions to understand what is needed and gave false information about when wisdom teeth can erupt and I felt like I was asking for a favor rather than getting a dental examination. I still don't have a clear understanding of what happened and what was best for me. So I decided I was just gonna go see a different dentist but asked how much it was going to cost. He said $1200 for dental extraction and when I said oh that's too expensive, he started to negotiate. At that point I didnt even care about the price bcs I wanted to leave but he kept asking me how much do you wanna pay? What other quotes did you get from other places? I highly recommend this place for anyone whose looking for a great dental place :) I was starting to feel discomfort in my gums and it was a Sunday and majority of the dentist offices are typically closed Sunday's, I called this place an got an appointment the very next day to see why my gums were hurting. Didn't take very long either at the appointment! (Sorry I don't remember their names exactly but they are all very kind and professional) The Doc was super nice and very professional, he as well explained everything in detail what my dental plan would be! His sister is very nice as too! She's also a dentist and she even showed me how to floss properly!! The office is SO clean, it's a bit chilly so I recommend to wear a sweater or a long sleeve of some sort.
