I was concerned about finding a new dentist because I made a large mistake after my excellent 87-year-old doctor retired. then I found a good practice but I could not continue with them... I wondered if I would find someone with the same level of integrity and competence as my retired doctor. I did. I have the same confidence in Dr. Shojania because I know that if she doesn't have the answer, she will send me to the person who does. She wants the best for her patients. Cece runs the office... I will start with saying, I am an easy person to deal with, and when I see excellence I will make a point to say something, because, I don't expect much. I can handle things on my own, but even though I can it is always nice to meet people who are willing to go out of their way. Especially when it is not fake. Today, I had to get referred out. Before I left the office, CeCe already made my appointment. It was all handled. When I called back, I needed another referral, and usually people will read off names and tell you to have a nice day, but not CeCe. She made my appointments and all I have to do is show up. It means so much to me, because my expectation is always low. But this just made me cry tears of appreciation. It means so much to me to have someone listen and help MORE than usual. Dr. Shojania is also very gentle, thorough, and thoughtful. Before she referred me out she explained everything and didn't make me feel like she had no interest because she couldn't help.
