I had a Groupon for micro blading and I was anxious to use it. I find as I get older my eyebrows are thinning and not very attractive. First time I made the appointment here I had to wait a couple of months for an opening. Unfortunately I had to reschedule that and finally got in weeks later. Diane is very nice and her daughter works there and has a grandson who is absolutely gorgeous and a delight. I had never had micro blading done and I was nervous about it and I was nervous about how to explain to Diane what I wanted. I wasn't really sure what I wanted because my eyebrows were just there. But she helped me and she offered me ideas and then we got to it. It hurt, I won't lie. But I was out of there in under 90 minutes. She was very kind and she listened to what I said and then she did what she had to do. Went in today to get my eyebrows microbladed. They came out beautifully. I do wish I had number my eyebrows beforehand but that's on me. Diane does numb you but I was more sensitive than I thought. Very, very bad experience with their eyelash extensions they were falling out in mass the day after I had them applied. Their customer service is awful! They have honest reviews like mine taken down because they don't want future costumers to see the truth. Shyanne is the daughter of the owner and is very unprofessional and not talented at all. While having my eyelash extensions applied they had their dogs running around peeing in the salon. They like to tell you they're running a special for extensions but no, they aren't... all extensions cost around that price in the Warwick, RI area. I can NOT recommend this place to anyway bast on a few factors, the salon was filthy, the extensions hurt very badly during application and they should not hurt! The whole place smelled of urine (because of the dogs.) the extensions did not last more than 24hrs and when I called to contact them they stated its because of "how they were applied and might need to be adjusted" thats just a flat out lie and on top of that they wanted to charge me to fix the mistake THEY made. NEVER AGAIN WILL I RETURN NOR ANY OF MY FRIENDS. read more

Diane (The Owner) is so amazing! From the moment I spoke on the phone with her to book my appointment she was so friendly! I couldn't wait for my appointment! When I got there I was greeted by her daughter who was so nice also! Diane took my last set of lashes (which I got done at a different salon) and transformed them into this amazing set as pictured! I got the Hybrid Set which is a mix of volume lashes and classic lashes. She also did extensions on my bottom lashes which are marvelous! Honestly a 10/10 I would add a million stars if I could! I can not recommend this salon to anybody, like someone else said on here they have dogs in their salon which is a huge sanitary concern especially, if you're getting some sort of permanent makeup applied to your face. Yes, indeed I have been to this salon and I've met both Diane and her daughter and they're both highly unprofessional. I had my eyelashes done a few months ago by them and they were just awful... I had to seek out an actual professional in eyelash extensions. I felt uncomfortable the entire time while being there I couldn't wait to just get out. I will be contacting the Rhode Island Department of Health because of my concerns of the sanitation of this salon. read more

I already wrote a review for diane on different account so I'm not gonna say much!! (I didn't know i already had an account and made a new one) but i always get my lashes and Eyebrow threading by dianne and always happy with the result!! I've tried couple places for my lashes before but after trying from diane's this is my go to place!! She does them so fast I'm always amazed. I've seen the other reviews saying that lashed fell off early but mine always stayed for awile so i only get them filled once a month and still have at least half of my lashes intact after a month. Ask diane for maintenance tip so your lashes will stay for a long time too!! Anyways she's really sweet and will make you feel comfortable. She's a really good company to talk to while getting your lashes done. Try the place out!! It's right across the street from the warwick mall. Love her so much read more

Nice lady, however, I wouldn't recommend her. I recently came in for eyebrows and winged eyeliner. Permanent makeup isn't a new experience for me. I had brows and eyeliner done before but it has faded next to nothing. I don't have any complaints about my eyebrows because I knew what to ask for. However, eyeliner turned out crooked and was told it was because my eye was different in each eye. What? Most people don't have asymmetrical facial features. One wing is clearly longer and lower than the other. Not to mention, I ended up with a bottom eyeliner without asking for it. This is where Diane would say that I should have stopped her. How? Half of one eye was drawn in so I calmly went with it. Had I thrown a hissy fit, I might have ended up with worse looking eyeliner. Well, hindsight is 20/20, I should have stopped the service completely knowing what I know now. What else? A tattoo gun was used. I should have known better not to proceed. Most permanent makeup artists use hand tools like Softap so they don't over work the skin. The instruction (verbal; no print out) was to keep it clean and use the ointment. So, it was a shocker to find out the next day that your eyes have swollen to massive proportions and looks red/angry. I had to google for answers. My next step is to wait for the liner to fade (like my other brows and eyeliner has known to do) or to have the "wings" removed. read more

The place is cute and Diane is nice but I wouldn't say it's worth it for getting your lashes done. I had a full set done and though yes, Diane was pleasant and fast, they started to fall out immediately. I messaged Diane about it within a few days and she told me this was normal because they were growing. No. I know they do grow out but I've had my lashes done before and they were never dropping out in batches within a day like that. I had much, much cheaper lashes put on before that lasted much longer than hers. I'll assume it's the glue she uses, I don't know, but I won't be returning. After about a week, as they were so patchy (and almost completely gone on one side) I just pulled the rest out using oil. They were suppose to last two weeks. Sorry, for $150 and to be told that - I feel like it was just a waste of money. read more

I recently had eyelash extensions applied by Shayenne. GREAT GREAT job! They are just gorgeous. I couldn't be more pleased and highly recommend her for eyelash extensions. I have tried several other places and this is by far vastly superior. One of the technicians I tried was highly reviewed on Yelp but the lashes came off within hours. The technician would not reapply or help in any way. I was quite disappointed by the lack of service. Not at Diane's and not with Shayenne. Dumb ass mfs wouldnt give me a deposit because I no called no show and I explained I was In the hospital with my son and the lady basically shut me down and only worried about themselves and their money so unprofessional and inconsiderate as if I would really put them before my son . So I am not one who usually writes reviews but Diane is so good and I have been to her several times that I thought I would write a review after all reading her other reviews on yelp helped me decide to give her a try and I am very glad I did. First time I went, I had her tattoo my eyebrows. She did an amazing job. She first took the time to discuss with me thoroughly how I wanted them done. I am an extremely picky person. I didn't want to look like I had crazy tattooed eyebrows like you see a lot of people with. I wanted to just fill in where I had gaps from lack of hairs growing and have a very natural look. I had been wanting to get my eyebrows done for years but was very hesitant of the outcome. I used to fill them in everyday and when I would work out I always had to be careful not to rub them and smudge them. Let me say they came out better than I expected. I had to go back for a retouch and have her darken them some because the first time I was scared to make them to dark glad I went back. That was last year. I recently decided to go back again and have her make them look thicker and fuller she did an amazing job just need one more re-touch which is always common with any tattoo and they will be perfect. People tell me all the time how nice my eyebrows are and they can't even tell there tattooed until I mention it. Keeping all your hair that you do have on your eyebrows with the tattoo helps to give a very natural look. Watch out Kim K my eyebrows look as good as you now LOL and I got the booty to match. I have also had my lashes done before too loved it but it was just too much time consuming and maintenance for me. Oh and had her do a lash enhancement which is were she tattoos a line between the lashes this makes them look darker and fuller and fyi it doesn't hurt nearly as bad as getting your eyebrows done. At the end of the day beauty comes with a bit of pain as we all know. So in conclusion if you were considering Diane for any type of permanent make-up or lashes go for it you will be more than happy with the results and her prices are very reasonable unlike some places in Boston. read more

Diane is an artist. I had my brows done and they do need a tweak on one side but the results so far are very good.The lashes are conservative which I asked for. I may request a slight change on a fill. Will post again about the results of the 2 procedures after a week The written cautions and aftercare directions were well written. A word of price caution though. Even with Groupons this visit cost me $510.00! They took two $225.00 value Groupons and marked them redeemed. I was surprised. I have been to several salons for eye lash extensions, this was my fist time at Diane's. Great work, they got me in at the last minute and really listened to what I was looking for. I wanted my lashes to look full and natural, which is a tough look for some other lash places to pull off because they are so stuck on long and dramatic. DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON! Please, do your research before coming here! This salon is absolutely filthy I wish I would've taken pictures of the bathroom but I wanted to get out of there as fast as possible! I had eyelash extensions done by the girl here and let me tell you, she didn't do anything that I asked, she hurt me multiple times towards my inner corner and didn't even care and on top of ALL that they were AWFUL! Half of them fell out the next day I had to go schedule a consultation with a new place. They have DOGS RUNNING AROUND PEEING in this salon while you're getting your lashes done absolutely disgusting the hygiene is awful! I thank god I didn't get any infection. What a fantastic job Diane does, wow!! I was so nervous having my eyebrows microbladed, since it would be a semi permanent change to my face. But I had sparse brows and was sick of filling them in and not feeling confident. It is a painful procedure but only seconds at a time) she warned me about that and the pain is quick and over with quick. But they look absolutely fabulous. The Feathering effect looks 100% natural, nobody has even noticed since she did it to match how I'd already been penciling them in. It looks much better than the pencil however, it just looks completely real. Maybe people think they finally thickened up?. It really looks great and I'm so happy that I did it. I first had my eyebrows tattooed 30 years ago and back then the style was thin eyebrows. The style has change to thick eyebrows so I had Diane redo my eyebrows and color correct them. I would have given no star if that was possible.do not go here! When I arrived for my appointment The door was locked because the wind kept blowing it open when I looked in the window i saw Diane eating her lunch out of a saucepan her daughter was sitting on the table and her dog was running around. Should have gone with my gut then and ran! Made the purchase through Groupon and wasn't sure if I could get my money back . So I went ahead ! Big mistake the pictures on her web site I'm sure is someone else's work she did no measuring and no explaining! Gave me a stress ball to squeeze for the pain I asked her if it was gonna be that painful and she said some people think it is well I can guarantee you it hurt like hell. She totally did my eyebrows freehand I have one darker than the other and they are not even shaped the same I was ready to throw up. I told her one was higher than the other and she said she could not see it but she would fix it. ( how do you fix something you can't see ?) I told her to leave well enough alone, she guaranteed me I would love it in a few weeks when it healed so I waited 2 weeks before I wrote this review. Do not go here. Thank goodness I saved all my brow pencils so I could doctor up the mess she made.I also read a response she wrote to another review about how she did all her own permeant make up that is enough said. Initiailly I considered permanent makeup because I am an athlete and marathoner. Sweat wiped away the eyeliner I needed on my very small eyes As I aged more smudging and color bleeds appeared in creases and lines. So five years ago I got it done in Boston. Needing touch up work to darken the fading lines, I found Diane. I was also hoping she could improve on what was there and asked for thicker lines on both the top and bottom eyelids with the outer corners connecting the two. I was told by the previously artist this could not be done and left the first parlor with two thin lines completely disconnected at the outer corners. I had to continue applying eyeliner to get the look I wanted! Diane assured me she could give me what I wanted and had done it many times before. Can I tell you how happy I am? Not only did she complete a more complex procedure in 1 hr vs 4 hrs, but she handed me a mirror asking for constant feedback to make sure she got it right and gave me the look I was hoping for. Though it was far from painless, and there was a slightly longer recovery period, I now have exactly what I want. My daughter took all of my eye pencils, and I have happily parted with them!
