CRICKETS - never heard a peep. Reached out again via text on December 24 - CRICKETS! Never heard a peep.... Well, on December 26 we received notice that the order shipped.... Glad they had our money for a week given the credit card was charged when the order was placed; however our gift never arrived to the recipient until after Christmas, and there was zero communication that there was a delay. We at normally not ones to complain publicly about a small business; however do expect communication. Had they reached out to let us know there was an issue, we would have fully understood and been more than happy to explain the situation to the recipient.
