Subpar tile work in a remodeled shower and bathroom floor. Water puddles in shower floor and the base looks waved and uneven. Doorframe not even close to square. Grout has areas that don't match. Replaced the strip between the tile and carpeting in the bedroom because it pulled up immediately, but cracked the replacement strip installing and asked " do you want me to fix that"l?" Many tiles aren't flush on the shower wall. Poor craftsmanship all around. read more

Where do I begin with these guys? Leo initially met with me to discuss my vision, suggest options,and other things you wouldn't think of even with research. On the start date, he and his son Max showed up when they said they would, on time, and for every day they worked on my bathroom remodel. These guys are super efficient, no down time! Each day Leo told me what they were doing, what to expect, noise level,etc, and afterwards, cleaned up neatly for the next day. He always had nice design ideas when I was stumped, but no pressure.My bathroom turned out awesome-everyone says so! I postponed this remodel for a while because the idea of choosing a contractor and hoping they'd be a good fit in my home was a concern, and as a small project, worried I'd get good service. They even replaced a broken bulb in my garage door opened which I was told could only be done by garage door people. They replaced my kitchen fixture and 3 garage fixtures with LED and I am thrilled. It was a timely, quick response to our needs, which limited risk of further weather related damages . Leo and Max carefully and skillfully deconstructed our endangered storage shed before further damage to the site occurred. Careful demolition allowed us to retain still-valuable / useful vintage redwood lumber, windows, metal roofing, and a skylight. Wow! Leo text back within an hour of my initial inquiry. He kept in communication with me even though it was the weekend to let me know when he would be by for the bid. We met and agreed on a price & he said he would be here at 8:30 AM and he was here at 8:29. What construction company does that? He and Trevor were done with the tasked I asked them to do and it took them about 4 1/2 hours. It would have taken me a week at least and I would have to go out and buy tools and it still wouldn't look this good. Kept cleaning up as they were going along. Our home was in desperate need new siding and new windows. It was a daunting project for my wife and I, but Leo made it as easy and stress free as could be. We knew after our first meeting that he was our guy for this job. Leo guided us professionally through our project, always listened and addressed any concerns we had and was incredibly easy to reach via phone/text. He was very open and forthcoming about where we could save money and where we really shouldn't try to cut corners. We never felt he was milking us for extra cash and he was very conscientious about our budget. The window installation was probably the most anxiety inducing part of the job as we were concerned that it would be impossible to not mess up the interior drywall. In one day he not only removed all six windows, but also replaced and perfectly cut back the interior drywall. There was no evidence, other than the awesome new windows, that anyone had been in the house. He kept the job site really clean and make extra sure that we were happy with his work and that there was no loose ends that needed to be addressed. Leo Diaz & Sons I have hired Leo to complete a few projects in my home. He just completed installing flooring in our attached apartment. Leo and his crew removed moved furniture, removed old flooring, and installed new laminate flooring in one day. All the shops I had visited told me it would be a least a two-day project. Leo also completed some carpentry and dry wall and helped remodel the kitchen in this apartment. If you hire Leo, you can expect expert work completed very quickly. He stays on a job until it is done. Leo is a master of many of the trades (carpentry, painting, drywall, cement work, electrical, and plumbing etc.) I would highly recommend Leo for any of your construction and remodel needs. We had recently upgraded our heating system from a floor furnace to central heat. Once we pulled the furnace out, we realized we would need to match the 100 year old hardwood floors and some include some additional flooring support where the furnace once was.
