Got a nail in one of our tires on a holiday and Costco was closed (Easter) as were other tire shops. So we called a tow truck and the driver told us about this great tire shop nearby. We called and the lady that answered quoted us $45 for a Tesla tire repair. We were so thankful when she said we could come immediately for help. We Got there and the guys working there took a look and made room for us remembering our phone call. They fixed the tire quickly and efficiently. No hesitation. We were out of there in about an hour and had breakfast at el faro down the street. We definitely recommend this place and encourage Tesla drivers to get their tires repaired here. Guys are professionals and open on Sunday/easter. A AAA Tow truck driver recommended them. So you know they are legit. Thanks for saving my ride, guys. I highly recommend this tire shop! I stopped by around 9AM. There wasn't many people when I showed up & I was attended as soon as I drove in. I had a flat tire & needed my rim replaced on my 2023 Honda Civic & they worked on it ASAP. In total, it took about 15-20 min. It was inexpensive & the service was amazing. They also take contactless payments & credit card! I wanted to help my sister out by getting her tire changed. I decided to go down the street with the tire in the trunk of my car to get a quick change. I looked at Omar's wheels and tires and seeing that their establishment closed at 6 PM. I literally stay Three minutes down the street. I pulled him to Omar's at 5:45. I spoke with a young lady and she asked me what could she do to help.? I informed her that I had a top tire in the trunk that needed to be changed. The car did not need to be raised up or anything. She tells me that they have already shut off all of the equipment. I asked her if she would check with one of the technicians to see if they would change the tire for me. I was told that they would not be able to give me service. I asked this young lady what time Does their establishment close and she responded 5 PM. I know this is not true because I seen the gates still open prior to pulling up to the front gate. I was highly disappointed in this establishment because they closed earlier than advertised and the girl lied about their closing time when that's not what it says on Line. I took my car to get a flat repaired at there Perris location. Once I got home I saw that my rim was damaged, so I came back the next day to let them know. The guy said can I come back today when owner was there. I went there and the owner took a look and told me that his employee didn't let him know about my Wheel being damaged, and if I can come back on Monday when he's back at work. I new they were going to play dumb, that Wheel cost $650 a piece!! I will have to see if I can get it repaired myself, because they weren't going to pay to replace or fix it. So I came in for a flat tire. The guy couldn't find any problems with it and he said it's probably the valve cap (or whatever that stem thing is called). I purchased one of those tire sensor that replaces the tire cap. He said that it was probably leaking and since he couldn't find any problems with the tire itself. I asked him how much for the service since he did have to check the tire, refill the air, then remount it. He said it's np. Even though there was np with my tjre, he did all that labor. Went in to have them install some coil overs I bought the price to install was a little high but I figured I was going to get some excellent service, I was wrong they just put them on without adjusting them evenly and wanted me to leave like that. I had one front wheel low as can be and another so far high up, how is that even right. When I asked for adjustment they wanted to charge me more but I refused so they did it but were so angry, this place is super unprofessional and has terrible customer service or satisfaction. read more

STAR Certified Cheap Smog Test. I took my out of state car here because of the price on the sign. The test is $30 and with the certificate and DMV certificate sent to them its $40. Cheapest you can get in the area. Right down the street is Budget Smog Test and they charge $50. Fast service, was only here for 15 minutes as a walk in. read more

I was recently in small fender bender; damaged two panels (passenger bumper and fender). I was quoted by my insurance agency a job close to $1700. I shopped around in my neighborhood and received a quote of $2600 for the body work repairs (no tires) being almost twice the amount of my insurance quote I decided to continue shopping around. Went to OWT to get a quote I was able to have 3 tires replaced (Falken) and body work for less than my insurance quote. Did I panic nope no time for that lol I was worried about my safety and getting my tire fixed. my husband recommended me stopping to this tire shop I said ok kool. The owner and another gentleman name angel helped me out! angel said damn girl who did you piss off I started laughing said no one!!! Yea you don't look like the type who would piss off people.
